You'll need to restore the rigidity soon, when I had 400 miles I was getting more or less the same time as you, I've already run more than 1200 miles.

Yes, have restored rigidity and changed the oil... you're not using chassis strengthening are you?

Down to 1:15,474 (P15) right behind @Stotty . :)

I was using engine 3 + oil, but i can do the same times with the high RPM turbo. I think it just depends on personal liking.

With turbo the car is more stable, so you can drive more aggressiv without sliding to much. ;)
 
Laguna ain't my best friend. Always having difficulty with the right apex in turn 2,3 and 4. And i hate the rest of corners as well. Atleast i can keep up with Ramon there :ron: :lol: But i made it into the 15's and i see potential to do a mid 15 but needs allot of work.


@Mini Stiggy @LLOYDZELITE69 (although yours gears are down the drain :lol:) and @eclipsee for the new gears. I'm using 2.537 final. Think your using longer final, Ramon?

I thought so.

i've tried first 2550 then 2525. That made a difference, that is really ridiculous. There is probably somebody with an explanation. So let me say unbelievable :lol:
 
Down to a 15.6 although I lost .15 in sector 1 that I always get but I loose it in the next few corners, so I see about .4 left for now, I just need to stay steady till the end of the lap.

Thanks for the gearing @eclipsee really works well however 2500 seems to be to stubborn on turn in for me, I like 2600 better :). Good tune @Mini Stiggy
 
I was over a car length up on my ghost, but I broke waaaayyyy to early for the second to last corner.

Was just a car length up to @Stotty approaching Corky. But guessed it. A couple of times i was only .15x behind and 1 time .04x at the last sector. Tend to lose a lot in those last 3 corners somehow. If i clean those up i'm on my way to a low 15. So far on a 15.5xx, getting the swoon :D

Btw @Mini Stiggy. That suspension looks a lot like the one at Fuji during WRS week 29 💡

That's where it came from:lol:. I was trying to work out a good setup, and I remembered the WRS with the GT300 car, so I wondered if it would work with GT500, and it does:dopey:

No worries mate. I definatly not doing 15 dead or faster. I would be happy with a .2xx. Think you can do that.
 
I've done one hour stint, @Mini Stiggy's setup, I've got
The damn .16 but I always blow up the fu..ng corkscrew, till then, I'm in middle .16, after corcks, I'm low .17...!!!!

I'll try tomorrow again, the gearbox from @eclipsee works amazing, and Stiggy's setup is a good combo, just need to practice better with tho combo, it hase a huge potential for me!!!

You're welcome, F2600 has a bit more turn in and more punch but it's a bit more difficult to control the exit oversteer, F2500 uses better the powerband for the whole track but hasn't so much punch when exiting the corners, ah decisions ...
