I quote myself, needed to get myself into top 10 in the end to see if online saved replays are smoother steering and they are. I guess it is a bug for locally saved replays.
Quite fun TT, although I haven't played GT6 much recently, good to see I can sort of keep up. Thanks to
@SW__10 and
@Mini Stiggy which are setups I ended up using. I luckily saw the following thread and saw there is tune from Mini Stiggy:

It helped transform the setup to be on the nose which is what I wanted, with SW__10 setup, I first tried lower rear downforce which made the front end more responsive for me but ended up losing too much time in last sector. I ended up using 5 more rear downforce in the end until late on, switched to hybrid of Mini Stiggy and SW__10 setup which was a lot more pointy and allowed me to use even more rear downforce which helped me in the last part of the lap. I also ended up using maximum brake balance due to extra grip.
I wonder what setup Mini Stiggy used in the end as watching his laps, it will be max potentially but I didn't like the handling as the rear became too strong and don't know much about tuning to change handling or had enough time to experiment. I was surprised how much changing one differential setting makes as I originally stuck with SW__10 settings for that but ended up copying Mini Stiggy's Acceleration Sensitivity and it seemed to transform the car into a rocketship for that setup.
Feel the car was probably good enough to be rank number 1, going by sector times I managed and maybe a few tweaks of setup, maybe good enough to go even a couple more tenths faster.
My start of the lap was awful, something like nearly two tenths off after the first three corners and was close to restarting until I had a very good exit to end of first sector. My best first sectors were only in the .7s although this lap wasn't, I think if you nail first sector, maybe something like a .5 is possible. Anyway my main problem ended up being the last high speed chichane, which I messed up a lot on good laps. It seems so tricky as you need to use brakes enough to get enough energy stored and use enough throttle to keep minimum speed up and get change of direction without it boosting until you want it and then getting good traction.
Think it is my first top 10 finish in GT6 getting 6th place and before its first year of release so reasonably happy about that and quite awesome to get top UK spot. The tune below with credit given for the settings if anyone is interested in trying it out.
