I had Comcast out here a couple days ago. From what the guy did, it seemed like he had no idea what he was doing, or he was rushing the job. He said it was my wireless router. My brand new router. Well, that was a lie, and I proved it. Replaced the modem twice as well, and no go.

Today, had them out here again, and this time, the guy knew what he was doing, and wanted to make sure that we have no more problems. He got my speed up to 25 MB down and around 6MB up. A huge difference. Hopefully, the cut outs stop here.

I'll test it out later tonight.

Anyways, I can try to race, but I'm still not too keen on the tire wear thing still.

Got so frustrated calling AT&T to get it fixed. But they try to get me to do stuff myself everytime. Which I've already done.
My parents refuse to switch because that means new phone, cell phone, e-mail, etc. I think it's worth it.

DSL, I believe, is supposed to be at least 2 to 5 MB down (roughly 500-800 KB/s) and on average 800 KB/s up. Is the 80 KB/s reference when you actually download a file?

Yeah, that's about the peak I get when everything else in the house is turned off.

My peak is 300kb/s. That's when my family doesn't use ANY Apple products. You can have 4 different laptops on the internet, and get 300kb/s. Turn them off, you still get 300. Turn ANY Apple product on, and I get ONE kb/s.

I might not make it either. I'm no good here anyway; even though I love street courses this one isn't my cup. In fact there's a very good chance I won't be here. Anyone want to fill in and drive my Viper? I can send it over when my internet is up .

The tune is actually quite good on it, for once. Used a pro tune for online racing. Gearing needs some major adjusting from Monza, though.

Try slightly stiffer rear suspension, but soften the rear roll bar. It'll give it some good turn in, but keep it sticking.

Nah, not a steward here. Just been racing in the series for a while. But I feel I miss too many races to be a steward.

It was a good race tonight. I made a couple of huge mistakes towards the end. I think I should have walked away with this one. I dunno what it is, but it happens to me all the time. I always loose focus at the end of the ra;ces. My racing line always gets sloppy. I can see it in every replay I save.

Yea I'm not sure what happened in the race, or in the lobby. I did accidentally crashed around at the beginning because of understeer, but it seems like everyone is blaming me for everything so I might forfeit. I do like to keep my Fridays stress free.

If need be, I can act as steward if no other stewards are present for the race. That is, if everyone else is cool with that.

FH, it's boredom. Was a fun race in Conti today, never made a mistake, really, for the entire race. I had a little slip up, that cost me a second, but not the win. But, when you get bored, you start to not care about your racing line as much. Set a target lap time.👍
