Some guy gets mad that he tried to wreck me and failed but passed me, so I wrecked him super hard in retaliation. He called me a cheater and said "Do that again and see what happens." So I did it again next race, he told me he was gonna get my character banned by talking to his modder friend, I said "lol good luck", won the race while he drove backwards in frustration trying to take me out. I said "Thanks for the win, and he left after I won the race". All of this taking place on his ****** created track of the dirt track. After I took him out the 2nd race, he kept saying "You ****ing (word for mentally challenged person beginning with R), I have nothing to say to you", except he kept repeating it even after I called him out for having something to say to me

All you have to do if something happens to your character is call Rockstar and ask them if they banned you. If you have an issue like that and they say you are not banned on their end, tell them that [whatever dude's name is if you remember by then] said he was going to get your account banned by a modder. I actually had a friend get taken offline due to a modder messing with his account, and it resulted in 3 players getting banned for being involved with having his account locked out of online once resolved. Rockstar is pretty terrible with some things, but they were prompt to take care of that issue for my friend.

Yeah, I planned on doing something if he actually bans me. If not, I plan on messaging him daily asking why I'm not banned

To be honest verbal threats like that are pretty petty, but it is darn fun getting people mad in races when you hinder the race position they're in.

Like when I had some guy sprout out colourful words after I brake checked someone and I stopped them from coming 2nd, boy did madness ensue

That makes me think of an LTS I was playing with friends a while ago. Everyone in the lobby was friendly, and the other team had a modder we all know. Modder didn't have any mods on at the time. The LTS used was a Rockets vs. Planes LTS. A friend on the other team wound up trying to get his plane up in the air as promptly as possible, and the guy wound up running into the modder's plane. Both blew up which cause the friend to team kill the modder. In the intermission during the role switch, the modder went off on a mini tirade at the guy that blew up his plane. That is still one of the funniest things I have ever witnessed on GTA.

Testing out my new Insurgent...

*wild bounty appears*

>Go to Ammu-Nation
>Buy sticky bombs
>Put one on Insurgent's bumper
>Approach bounty
>Chase bounty until close enough
>Detonate
>Claim bounty and drive off without a scratch :)

That's actually a feasible strategy with the Insurgent.

Yeah... it was the first thing I did when I bought the Insurgent  I'll be claiming quite a few bounties this way.

Just be careful which vehicles you blow up. You want to make a profit, not lose money.

I don't really remember if the insurance has to be paid for when a person with a bounty has their car blown up. Then again, I haven't bothered to play the game in over a week, so there is that too. I took a break after a friend ragequit a heist and left us all hung out to dry because he doesn't want us to do the finale until he comes back to the PS3.

I could help on PS3. Saturday I'll be busy, though.

So, an interesting little tidbit happened earlier.

People hate Hydras shooting the populace. This one lobby has 6 people going together to stop this flying red blip having doing the killing for a while now. I know because of the chat.

Coming in from an event in the desert, the Hydra decided to use me as target practice. But the issue is...

I am used to this nonsense.

With tactics like hugging walls, sudden passives in open areas, going in tunnels, and making use of the jet's momentum change, I head to my preferred place to get these suckers..

A multi storey parking lot. This time: the one next to the impound.

Nearly at the roof, the Hydra kept carpeting the poor invincible top floor until he wanted peep his eye where no man has lived to see. Going to hover mode, he slowly crept down to the third floor to see..

PERFECTLY AIMED GLORIOUS RPG!!

*boom*
DED.

He spawned nearby. But here's the best part.

The former victims readied a counter strike, and went on a global offensive to this sucker. Zero hour in, and I see..

2 scrubmobiles.
3 in 1 Insurgent pick up.
And a regular Insurgent.

The kill feed was full of that pilot's name on the right. I have no idea why he refused to Passive.. and how these 6 randoms teamed up like this. It's amazing, really.

Me? I took no part in the proceedings and headed for the sunset with my Bullet.

That was glorious and majestic.

So I made a new friend yesterday :)

As I was cruising around peacefully (not exactly) in my Insurgent, some black car came up behind me and started honking. No bullets were being fired. I stopped and honked back, and he got in. He was rank 202. I then sent him a friend request and he accepted immediately. We went on a rampage through the city, gaining 4 stars in the process. We also stole someone's hot-pink-lime-green Turismo and played around with it (and the cops). Later we got back in the Insurgent and went to the airport, where someone was waiting with an RPG. No dice. We drove through unscathed, got out and set his Bati on fire. Afterwards we got into a Titan and flew it to Sandy Shores, from where we picked up two Buzzards and patrolled the city for a while before landing on a roof to snipe the cops. And an Unknown Network Error came to ruin the fun. :indiff:

Later that day, we met again in another session. I had driven my Zion to Paleto Bay in order to make space for a Sabre in my garage. I went back to Del Perro in my Zentorno, swapped it out for the Insurgent and started searching for a Sabre. Somewhere along the way I picked him up and wandered around Vespucci and Del Perro to find the car I was looking for. But the truck icon was not to go unnoticed... soon an armoured Kuruma appeared out of nowhere and shot me through the windshield; the biggest drawback of the Insurgent. My friend shot him dead as I made my way back to the truck and we hunted him down. He was standing in the middle of a street waiting to throw a sticky bomb at us even at the cost of his own life. Big mistake; he blew himself up and the truck just shrugged it off  A bit later my new friend left and I drove to the GOH to resume my search for a Sabre. I also got a message from a rank 98 who had watched the explosion before asking if I was a modder...

I'm still looking for a Sabre... does anyone know of a reliable spawn point?

Very few cars have completely reliable spawn points, unfortunately :(

I know that Sabres can spawn almost anywhere, but they do seem to spawn particularly frequently near the oil fields along with all muscle cars. Sit by the freeway and keep resetting your spawns and you should be able to find one eventually.

If you've ever been minding your own business on GTA, and suddenly get ambushed by two Hydras over and over again, that's me and my friend.. ;)

Well, I certainly hope you aren't rocking the GTPL crew tag while doing that.

It doesn't really matter what crew it is because once a crew gets labeled as a griefing crew due to someone's actions, people tend go after anyone rocking the tag. That's one of the main reasons I quit wearing my original tag- the crew leader was a notorious griefer. I can only recall actually griefing someone a couple times in my current crew, and both were because someone griefed my friends first. Then again, if someone wants to jet grief all day on GTAO, more power to them I guess.

People joining heists , then when it comes to doing it , they just mess around they either

1) sit there and do nothing that contributes to the heist .
2 ) end up killing themselves by doing something stupid that ends up failing the heist if played on difficult mode .
