Going over the Cape Ring jump, thinking i'd be able to take the next turn even with a high speed. Boy was I wrong.

Thats nothing to me and and my friend did.
I jumped in my 458 and after planning on jumping over him I ended up landing on top of his m5 and going flying off and straight into the wall!!!

I was creeping steadily towards having 20 mil credits in the bank. If I saw a high-end LMP car in the UCD I'd been looking for, I'd send it to my secondary account, then restore my primary account so I didn't lose out on credits.

Deleted the save file off my secondary account after I'd transferred about 10 LMP cars. >_<

I was racing online and the message that my contoller was almost dead showed up so I was going plug it in after the race, only I forgot and went into a wall doing about 190 on the last lap. I was doing good too.

I did that during a race also.. Only this race was the Nürburgring 4-Hour Endurance and I was leading by about 45 seconds at about 3 hours and 50 minutes.. I swapped controllers pretty quick and I was able to get back on the road being down by only about 15 seconds and I pulled out the victory because the AI has horrible pitting strategies..

today I turned on the ps3 to do remote racing, well about five or six hours later I looked at my computer and didn't see the remote widget up, so I check the ps3 to discover that I failed to do anything other then start the game. It was still at the main GT5 screen .

Saving to buy a bunch of cars before realizing they are eventual prize cars.

Owning/using 1 Bob for remote racing before realizing I could own 6 at a time.

Thinking I hit the jackpot by getting the Ford GT40 with a gift ticket, before realizing it was a prize car.

Not buying the Camaro LM in the UCD when it popped up. Did not realize the rarity at the time :(

I think I have done a lot of these, I think the biggest one was, I did aspec first, well I would sell cars for money, well we can see were this is going, then when I started bsepc, all those car that I sold needing them for bspec.

You’re not the only one.:grumpy::banghead:

Entered the b-spec Nurburgring 4hr with the Tesla before searching the forums. :dunce:

It runs out of juice on the 3rd lap, and can't be recharged. Interestingly my bob has seemed to wear himself completely out while cutting 18 minute laps at 50mph. Also the fuel guy still attempts to refuel the left tail light for a second or so when pitting.

My dumbest moment was when i went to select my Pickup truck(which I spent days waiting to show up in the Used dealership) Instead of clicking the "Use this Vehicle" option I clicked sell, not Im without a truck for my B-Spec driver to complete the truck series. I guess thats what i get for using a 13" CRt TV to play GT5.

Doing that sort of thing three times with more expensive cars is what actually made spend £75 on a 32" 1080p LG tv... Got my bro and parents to fork out the other three 75's needed. LOL
But for me, it was my stupid stupid habit habit of buying doubles of whatever cars i had set to online that day... Thank PD for putting ticks over what you own in the dealerships now!!!

Earlier today I was grinding Indy with the x2010. I was really tired and shouldn't have been playing but with my eyes closed half the time i got steady laps of 32 secs. That was until I nodded off for 5 seconds and BANG into the pitwall and I had to drive through. I got a big shock although I won lol.

Earlier today I started Bob on the 24hr Le Mans endurance race. I figured the FGT would be enough car that I wouldn't need to worry about him losing like the sissy he usually is. Turned off the TV and left him to blazing his trail.

I just turned on the TV to check on how he is doing. He is 7 laps up on second place and twice that on the back of the field at just under four hours.

"Good work, Bob. Let's take off the timing monitor and watch some of the race. Cool, it's sunset. Aw crap! No headlights!"

Guess we'll see if he is up to the challenge...

Your B-Spec Bobs do have impossible night vision capabilities, and will be able to drive in the dark even with cars that have no headlights like your FGT.

On topic...

I have two of these. I was on course to winning the La Festa Cavallino in my F40, so I do a handbrake turn to celebrate...but I do it too early, and I don't get by the finish line...and get passed by 5 other cars. :banghead:

The other one was when I was online in a shuffle race on TGTT. I had a good lead going into the final lap in my GTO SR. Into the second to last corner...I smash into the invisible barrier before it without warning. Finished 5th of 6th. *insert Price is Right losing theme here*

Good to know! I almost quit out and wasted the 4 hours. At least Bob can (should) finish without worry.

Now if I make this same mistake in A-Spec....

I spent 500k on the imprezza race car just to win 800k on the online race and then I found it wasn't one of the imprezza's that was compatable :(

Today while drifting my Z34, my old trusty DFP decided to give it.. it just snapped.. now i've got 10.000.000 degree turning.. instead of 900.. :) Yay, for new G27 tomorrow! :)

Bought that stupid Ferrari F1 car for the seasonals and realized how much I disliked those races and that I would never make the money back.

My dumbest GT5 moment was turning the game off while it was saving...i lost 200 cars and 13,000,000 Cr and never had it backed up...oops.
