i would come but ashes is too good atm. yes hp. i was planning on coming anyway, i've spent considerable hours on nurb since our last race together so i know the track well.

The final race is tomorrow mate.

Tyre choice is up to the driver but only RH or RM can be used.

I've also already declined one late entrant so it wouldn't be fair to allow others to join I'm afraid.

The next season will start relatively soon, need to iron out some details first, and we'd love to have you on board for that mate :)

20 mins until race start and no HP online? What room is this in please?

I'm here. Just updating GT5.

All head to my lounge :)

Coming soon, Mic won though. Half hour prior to race start I got his entry confirmation.

I had a great race, til the last three laps where I crashed numerous times

Well that was a bit unfair since you told others that thet couldnt join yet mic could just walk right in, congrats mic but not really a fair one, dissapointed in you hp, you have lost all my respect for you on that decision

He was entered in the entire series and competed in most, if not all, races so there's a massive difference to the 2 guys I said couldn't race. Hoolio was a walk in entrant to make up numbers as everyone else was elsewhere and he happened to enter the room unknowingly so I made the call on the spot.

I'm glad they were there because it would have been an even emptier grid than what it was if not...

so it wouldn't be fair to allow others to join 30 MINUTES before the race yet you let mic do that? sorry hp but i'm with scott here. its kind of ******** on those who want to drive in the CASUAL racing for the NON pro driver groups events. i'm trying to not have a go at you here, your a decent guy and all but you maybe should of put your foot down for mic. i've got nothing against him, and yes he has competed in most of the races. but as you said from my quote it wouldn't be fair on others.

Mic initially said he wasn't driving because he was sick and tired of being dive-bombed and rammed off the :******g road by the same driver again and again so forgive me for allowing him to race in a series where he's suffered more than anyone else.

He earned the right to race, enough said.

I wasn't a late entrant. I've been in the series since Day 1. I was just going to skip the final race, but I decided to put my differences aside and have a run as this is my favorite track and i thought it best to finish out the series that i had signed up for.

This series was full damage, so it wasn't as casual as the rest of the CRAP stuff Paincake. I think that was why HP was trying to limit who could join this final race, but you'd have to ask him his reasons, I can't speak for him. You have to admit allowing you to run at Daytona was a mistake as you weren't prepared for that track and full damage yet.
Even tonight it was probably a mistake to let Hoolio run with us. He caused two big incidents that had a direct impact on the race, which is a shame.

Anyway, it's late. The series is over, let's move on guys before we start a situation as I have so much i could say about what occurred in several of the races with guys who either don't understand what it means to run in a series with other clean drivers or simply need to work on their racecraft a bit before they get involved in Heavy Damage races that can have a detrimental effect on their fellow racers.

sorry mic, didn't realise you were still racing, i was only going off what was said hereand yes ill agree with you that i wasn't prepared for daytona, but i felt that overall i did ok with only 4 crashes. but yes lets let this go and move onto the next series :D cant wait guys

Nothing personal here but just an FYI, I left this series partly as a result of you taking me out in that Daytona race. I finally rejoined for the La Sarthe race but only because I found out you weren't going to be in it :) Maybe you feel you did ok with only 4 crashes, but when even one of them ruins the whole experience of another to the point that they don't want to participate anymore, then that's not ok :dopey:

I didn't mean to sound harsh MrPainCake and I have to add that the thing that disturbs me the most is people who simply over-drive the car and cause unnecessary contact. I can't say that I saw you doing that as our incident was simply an error on your part and God knows we all make mistakes now and then, especially me, so don't take my criticism too seriously. The point I was really trying to make is that we have to realize that our actions do affect others and we need to take that into consideration.

I'm also not very proud of the fact that I let my emotions get the better of me and may have over-reacted a bit :)

Final Points Table. Congrats to Mic for an excellent campaign and well done to Plux for winning every round he competed in to secure an excellent 2nd.

The 3rd place bloke wasn't too bad either ;)

Enjoyed battling with you Cobani. You got the best of me every time though in the end:cheers:
I never bested Plux or you head-to-head. Maybe next time.

It is a pity I could not continue with this series, I enjoyed the format.Too much work and no play is bad:ouch:

The series will return but not just yet, and next series expect another class of vehicle.

With the lead up to the 24hr race taking centre stage I envisage this series to reduce in size until March 2014, maybe to a 4 race series of 30-45 min races but I shall do some more thinking on it and get something concrete before announcing anything.
