And by big issue, she really means very, very troublesome. For those who have no idea who I am, I am Kunimitsu Kino****a, IRG Director of Competition, and I made a GTPlanet account out of necessity. As some are aware, SA_Selene, Frostfire_RCN_1, and the Frostfire Racing/Scuderia Aguila team are under rigorous investigation for game hacking and deliberate balking of competitors. This came to light to me this morning, (last night NYC time I assume), and the IRG Competition Committee, Cat Devil Racing personnel, Black Rose Racing Team personnel, Robie-Brown Racing personnel, USA Motorsport personnel, and Cherokee Motorsports personnel have been rigorous activity throughout the day to develop any and all possible ways that results in question could have been achieved. A 48 hour mandate was placed on the team to either reveal the exploit, drop from the series, or face an 18 month terminal suspension. As this is a very sensitive issue, everyone that helped the research has been placed under Gag Order.

PRESS ALERT: IRG CEO Clayton Hardy will be hosting a press conference at 5:00 p.m. EDT regarding the recent "HackGate" crisis, as well as further issues. All TBICS drivers are invited.

He'll have a room open

Obviously, with this all happening, the license tests haven't been all reviewed. @KuniKino****a any timeline on that?

Press Conference in less than 90 minutes. Topics Hardy will discuss are:
1) Hacking Crisis
2) Calendar conflicts
3) ICSTA
4) Plans for the fourth preseason test at Apricot Hill.
5) Open forum for questions

Due to things being constantly added at the moment, version 2 of the IRG TBICS rulebook will not be available until Friday. I want to personally make sure that the rulebook is as to the point and thorough as possible and that it is clear to everyone, and this will take time as we are finding a lot of holes we need to close. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

Any info on the hacking? Did the people in question some how make themselves faster or did they slow down others?

They were hacking accounts and the game itself.

I will ask this: Can any one, or any group of people see if we can arrange a livestreaming effort? It was brought up, and the IRG is interested. As long as we don't have to do any rebranding or renaming, we are allowed.

Can we broadcast on twitch? I think you can do that on ps3. At least i remeber it being added. Livestreaming seems like it would be awesome
We have a YT account already set up. It's just a matter of finding willing people to do it. We all agreed to rules for it and what we want. We just need someone in the room to relay the race to commentators for it.

Because I was hoping you'd have someone that may be of service.

Okay. Figured I asked.

You wouldn't. I'm more looking at people who either 1) Don't race full time, sort of an expert analysis, or 2) Don't have any previous experience racing in IRG.

So whats up with needing an appointment now to get your license? I was planning on showing up for the Nov 2 test, so is that canceled now? Id prefer a solo or appointment test that didnt force me to watch my football game on dvr delay like Id be doing for Nov 2. Id like to request a test date during my off week, Oct 20-25, anything between 1 pm ET and 10 pm ET (only 1pm Fri 24, I have plans that night). If someone wants to pick a day within this range, we can test together and kill a few tests with one stone. Im assuming Hardy is the instructor?

To sum up AGNT's comment...
The current dates inconvenience him, so he now requires new dates because recording a NFL game is too difficult for him to do.

AGNT009, the November test is a full mock race weekend, so you'll need to arrange a solo test with either me or Hardy before October 31. As for the sad little "NFL clashes", save it for those that care because I'm tired of seeing that every time you post. If it's such an issue, don't show up. That simple.

On a far less antagonizing point, Hardy will be holding a press conference to cover all of IRG's series in 2015 as well as the schedule for the 2014 Indianapolis 500 preparations. As is the case with the last press conference, everyone is invited, and he will entertain all questions. The press conference will take place next Monday at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time
