the dmg is also very weird. the trailer we've seen with the dmg on the subaru (with the bumper falling off, the trunk hood opening on collision... these things havnt happend in any video with a premium car getting pounded!) only some minor pathetic dents.. hell my teeth looks worse than a crashed car in GT5-post-prologue

So what are these guys playing? It can't be a review copy, it can't be a preview copy because no major gaming website has it. If it's not the final version, then it must be stollen from PD which is highly unlikely.

I have a feeling it is the final version and you guys are just getting your hopes up for no reason.

Look i was reading a couple of things about the game...and for "preorder" signature edition (i´m not sure...to much money that i have, but i don´t like the idea to spend this money in some things that i never wanted to use) and it says that the car packs are DLC and brings 2 packs: 1-chrome car pack with 5 cars. 2- stealth car pack with 6 cars (the black ones).
And i think that like i said before when we put our disc at the PS3 will be an update. And online mode will be available and that kind stuff and more maybe.
Note: I said "i think" and "maybe".

It's called the difference between the standard edition and the collector's edition...

I believe this is the full and final version of the game. Most people are probably just very disappointed from what they've seen, so they're subconsciously making up excuses for it to not be the full retail version. I could be wrong, but many of the reasons people are making up are pretty dumb. Some are reasonable, though. I'll stick with believing this is the full version.

People...there are 3 different versions with 3 different content.
1- GT5 Normal and the cover is the RED SLS AMG!
2- GT5 Collectors Edition and it is RED SLS AMG!
3- GT5 Signature Edition and the car is GREY SLS AMG!

Bad translation it was the same message for the GT5 demo when you tried to click on icons excpept arcade and trial. Try again, its not the final version.

Of course not now...cause i´m afraid that i can not play the game cause the signature edition comes later not the day 24 maybe... or they will send to me a week later or something. But if i don´t make my preorder i lost my Signature Edition...oh f.....i´m going to buy 2 GT5...

The more controversy, the better. You REALLY think 3 copies of the game were mysteriously leaked, widely publicized, and then blasted all over youtube? You should really consider a college level marketing class

The debate about "is this real, is this here, why is this different from other info" etc is exactly what marketeers like myself try to create with a new product launch. It elevates the product to a new status: scandal, controversy, mystery. Otherwise it would just be a new video game. Of course, I could be wrong... but it is all just falling into place so well and this is a textbook tactic .

and then when the game ships, everyone is gonna find 10 things to complain about.

people like to complain. doesnt mean that theres something wrong with the game.

you cant judge it till you play it, imo.

No one is setting their hopes high. There is a lot of evidence that shows that the leaked copies might not be the full game.

I'm just confused TBH looking at the error RDK is getting, simply does not make sense to me. Were it an online issue it would say "connect to PSN" however the error RDK gets implies that what he chose is not actually in the game. I'm not saying that if this is not the final version then the final one will have 400 tracks and awesome damage but something is just weird.

I don't understand why they didn't black out the interior of the 800 standard cars like they did in GTPSP. Blacked out interiors in GTPSP was freagin awesome. It was my only view in the game. And BTW in some interview KY said mentioned that interiors of the standard cars may get blacked out in a way similar to the GTPSP. I'm lost here. I just don't understand how they think!!

The wording on the box of the 'leaked' copies that I have seen is very elementary. I mean 'Take it to the track' and whatever else the description of the game said sounded very bogus, I doubt that is what it is going to say on the actual game box.

Anyway, this is all just noise, entertaining noise until November 24 when everyone on this forum will buy the game regardless of whatever news, videos, or screenshots are released.

I personally think that the leaked media we see is something that will strongly resemble the final version that we will all be playing next week. Some of the more questionable omissions will be rectified, i.e. not being able to change brakes, and the 'museum' feature that is shown as unavailable in that version. The larger scale features such as damage will remain the same, unfortunately. This is just my opinion.

And if these videos were a part of some carefully executed marketing ploy like a previous poster said they would have done it to make the game look amazing, not turn people away from it.

Well out of topic but i made my pre-order Signature edition...i hope this 24 some guy knock! on my door and saying..."sorry it´s the other door..." haha...no...i have hope that at least if it is not this 24 will be the 25... i don´t care cause i have to travel maybe this week but at least i had made my reserve.
