That was probably the best track for a lack luster turn out! So it all worked out!
GS was perfect for the first 7 laps, then ghs moved over on Seth... But it didn't seem to kill either of you!

For the information of those in the series, and those who are reading the thread for whatever other reason, the points in the OP are updated.
Mathematically, the finale is looking close, especially in ST.
GS contenders:
MrMelancholy15 (needs to finish at least 4th, if ghskilla wins) -30 point lead
ghskilla (needs to win, with MrMelancholy15 finishing 4th or worse) -30 point deficit
ST contenders:
polarbear345 (needs to finish ahead of, or directly behind, F_Filipe) -10 point lead
F_Filipe (needs to finish ahead of polarbear345, with polarbear345 being at least one position behind) -10 point deficit
So, yes, I'm excited for the season finale.

The race was weird. It was frantic, at the start, and everyone kept hitting walls, and each other, and things... and Max was having big oversteer. I wouldn't say that you missed an awesome race, but, I enjoyed it.Danke..

I was focused on Mel at the time, and then when I tried to switch to his inside I didn't even see Seth at that point. I told you my judgement wasn't 100% that day so I made a couple of schoolboy errors.

Good to see James fitting in. Anyways, ghs, Seth wasn't too bothered by it, right? I don't think anyone minds, if you made a mistake, and spun yourself. Seth wasn't horribly hindered.
But, you're right, there were some questionable passes in that race. Next race is Laguna Seca; please try to drive clean there.

I was still maintaining tires and pace... I don't know how. I think you & ghs cost each other too much.I was five seconds off-pace by the end of the second stint, but, I gained a second every lap.
How was your tire wear? this weeks race will be interesting cause the new update is supposed to make tire wear last longer.
Also, could someone let me know what the avg GS lap time is on laguna. i'm trying to make my RX8 competitive and the last race i was off the pace by 3 seconds.

I'd say about 1:29 might be possible. Don't quote me.
I spend more time on racing suits than on practice. Just drive the car. Let the lap times fall in-place by relaxing, driving slowly, feeling the bumps, find the braking points, and learn the car.Every car has characteristics. Some will understeer, some will oversteer, and Subarus will make lots of noise with tire squeal.
The RX-8 will have throttle-on oversteer. Set your LSD accordingly, & apply the throttle gently. I'd say about 1:29 might be possible. Don't quote me.
