I will be converting most of the gold that I harvested since this nation's beginning into $100,000,000. Unfortunately, gold is rare on this planet following WWIII, so it is very likely that I won't find any major gold deposits until much later.
Budget: $33,100,000,000.
(Please don't abuse this kind of stuff, be realistic. Nobody finds billions of dollars worth of gold in a wasteland.)

I am building a 12 lane high bridge from Graham City (The northern most city on the Graham Land Peninsula) to Puerto Williams. The bridge is high enough to allow for boats to pass under and has 5 railways on each side of it in order to allow trains to reach Antarctica. Total cost is estimated at 2.5 Billion. Current Budget: 36.5 Billion
EDIT: This isn't UN but it is in the name of peace. In attendance will hopefully be Australia, Brazil, India, Mexico & Saudi Arabia (If a mod could be here and be them it would be great)

Following Storm's example, all of the diamonds found from the Burgosh mines have been sold for a total of $57 million. It might not seem enough, but Felix Stalorade used this money to refuel the ships and also restock ammo. The confidential weapons have not been opened yet, and it was immediately reshipped to the secret development building.

Czar Maximilian Venturi would plan to attend, however the Soviet Republic of Siberia is still getting on its feet as a first-world power and the leader is heavily occupied with administrative duties. (Read: I'm not sure if I'll be back in my dorm by then and I don't have an Internet-equipped phone).
In the meantime, Siberia would like to request a non-aggression pact to all neighboring nations (purple, orange, yellow and dark red) on the world map. Sorry, this Japan stuff has taken up so many pages so quickly that I can't find where the countries are and who owns them (as the OP hasn't been updated in a while). Any other non-neighboring countries who are willing to negotiate a non-aggression pact are welcome and encouraged to speak up as well. Siberia will remain strictly neutral and out of the brewing wars in America and Japan...we are beginning to sign non-aggression pacts, but we are not allied with anyone yet and we will not get dragged into World War IV.
We are, however, willing to exchange trades with nations needing supplies, weapons (we specialize in explosives) and other things for their war effort, so long as we are not dragged in to the war as well. The exchanges will be on our terms and we reserve the right to refuse any offers if we believe the offer would provoke rival nations into attacking us, their rivals' supplier.
While our nation is still building, we do have one particular commodity that warring nations should take interest in. We have hundreds of thousands of Cold War-era AK47s (currently the standard firearm of our infantrymen until a more modern weapon is produced or procured) available for purchase for very inexpensive prices (as in 50 AK47s for the price of one new assault rifle). If there is enough interest, we will open factories to produce new and improved (fit for the modern era) AK47s, still for very cheap prices.
