I'm annexing what's left of Europe. I'm sending 500,000 ground forces to annex Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Albania, Macedonia and Montenegro. I'm sending a further 200,000 naval forces to the coastlines of Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and 20,000 to Cyprus. These will all be accompanied by 200,000 air forces.

Peter, would you be interested in establishing a longer distance trade route with us as well? I believe I am trading fur for cotton with Quackjack (correct me if I am wrong), we should probably establish how much money that is bringing in for the both of us.

I am annexing Norilsk (K on the map), Turuchansk (38 on the map) and Rajon der Ewenken (44 on the map). There are very few settlements in these locations (it's Siberia after all) so 500,000 ground troops for the lot will do the job, 250,000 split each way (I'm counting Norilsk as part of Turuchansk, so my country will be split into three main provinces following the annex). I do not plan on further annexation except perhaps to the east after these three territories are procured. Due to the large land area covered, the annexation will take 6 months to complete.

Globestomper prototype production is occurring ahead of schedule, and the first workable prototype should be completed within a year, utilizing some technologies from our two newly acquired War Machines.

Madagascar has begun development of an agile boat which can be fitted with anything from scientific monitoring equipment to AA missiles. Time to completion is however long it takes for me to design it ( I will be off for about 6 hours and might begin when I get back from school)

Perhaps I should've been more specific then. They'll be taking it in portions, starting with the North. More troops will be sent in as they come to the middle and the south. They should be done by Sunday.
