So a majority decision by the United States Supreme Court vacated a ruling by the Fifth Circuit enjoining federal border agents from removing a razor wire barrier on the Rio Grande River which directly contributed to the drowning deaths of two children, aged eight and ten years. Texas is using personnel aided by parties from outside the state to prevent, perhaps by physical force, federal border agents' removal of the razor wire barrier, a subversion of federal authority and therefore a nation's sovereignty. This would be an open act of rebellion which may lead to armed conflict.
That's in response to the first half. The second half is conspiratorial claptrap alleging coordination between the federal government and migrants to focus the latter's efforts on the Texas border rather than elsewhere.

Illogical as the claim may be, this is the logical interpretation of it. It's unsubstantiated as written, though.

I feel like there could be something there with regard to Don't Ask, Don't Tell and Roberts being Chief Justice at the time SCOTUS heard and decided Rumsfeld v. FAIR.
