The CSW Panels are offered as shown on the DSD site here:

http://www.derekspearedesigns.com/cswpanels

Custom components or configurations are not offered.

This question is taken from the FAQ on my site:

Q - Do you offer customized components?

A - Here are the questions I ask when considering a custom request:

1 – Does the component create something new or innovative?
2 – Is the part of potential interest to the Sim Racing Community as a whole?
3 – Is the component more than a simple change to something I currently offer?

If any question is “no”, then I don’t consider it. If all three are yes, I may or may not consider something. However, more times than not, requests are not considered.

Specifically, Question #18 from the FAQ found here:

http://www.derekspearedesigns.com/faq-tos

Label Printers:

Brother PT-2430PC and Brother P-Touch PT-D200 are ones we have here. Both work exceptionally well and are the ones folks use. 3/8" tape is what fits.

Cheers Derek.. silly me should have check FAQ's

Ooh wow, NICE! Every time I think I'm about done with add-on's, leave it to DSD to pull me back in. Thanks a lot Derek .

Time to start figuring how to mount this thing to the rig. Where does the line start!

This is just a "Spy Shot" of what's in store for later this week :)

Hi Derek,

Just placed an order for a Style A - Rightside for the CSW Panel.... Cant wait to receive it and test this puppy out

It's almost time to put all the information together:

More "soon" :gtpflag:

I see you used teflon tape on all fittings. A just in case thing or a necessity? Still mixed about the need myself. When I was at HoiHman's place today he said it wouldn't be necessary though. Especially on the reservoir side as there is no real pressure there.

Looks great btw. :gtpflag:
I am sure this will sell for sure.👍

Thank you :gtpflag: I know you'll love it!!!

Ill just buy one panel first then see if i need the 2nd, is it likely that ill receive it before May 18th as i am gone for 3 weeks to Europe holiday

Here's a PDF diagram of the fittings - screenie shows what the PDF is:

Awesome Derek. :D Have you tested it out yet? How's it feel?

I'm expecting it to feel like a hydraulic brake pedal for one's foot, and the intention is that it's quite solid so it will pressurize quickly - that will allow the sim car's wheels to lock as quickly as possible.

It's not finished yet, however, and there are some final tweaks to do before it's done :)

That was a specialty part I designed and fabricated here. A simple 1.5" piece of aluminum angle will work as well to mount the slave to a flat mounting platform.

Hope Im not double posting this.
Just wanted to post some photos of my rig.

Got DSD sequential shifter couple of weeks ago and had to build that support frame on my playseat to got it fit.
Shifter feels snappy and reliable, loving it.
That handbrake is made by me, it does its job.
Seat has couple of bass transducers, and pedals have a load cell and clutch spring mod.
The whole thing weighs about 40-50kg now, so its pretty hard to carry around.

Thank you, Aaron - no worries! As long as you have your order, then it's all good! :gtpflag:

Hi Derek,

Can you confirm is/if it possible to attach Sparco P300 and some miniplate using your products? (G27)
http://www.sparcousa.com/product/p-300

I would be plaesed if you can "list" parts what needed from you. Like what miniplate suits etc.

Thanks

All information regarding Mini Plates is found here:

http://www.derekspearedesigns.com/mini-plates

If the instructions are followed precisely, a perfectly fitting Mini Plate to fit ones aftermarket wheel rim of choice will be shipped. I trust each man to know his components and needs to determine what's suitable for his own sim racing space. The manufacturer of any aftermarket equipment should be consulted for their technical information. All DSD components have accompanying technical information.

Thank you for your interest!

The complete system uses ideas and solutions pioneered and developed by Emery Emond and Sam Maxwell. They get the credit for being able to do this...I just added some flair (flare!)

:)

That must be my one then Derek ;)

Looks absolutely fantastic 👍
I've never needed a HB but now I want one...

Thank you, Steve! :) I'd like to work this into the production mix - There are some ideas I'm considering, and I know folks would be able to use such a component :)
