I don't think anyone got booted. Me and Godo quit. I can't speak for him but im pretty sure that's what happened. You connection was fine.

I had already hit two walls within the first ten laps. I started on hard tires which was a bad idea. So i had 40 laps of struggling left and i wasn't in the mood. I apologize for leaving.

Wow... sad to here only 3 finished. So how many turned up at the startIf I recall correctly we only had 3 drivers for monaco last season also (the EU session). Well, this track is no fun to drive. That's for sure. Good to see we don't have it in DTM3!

7 at start goruk had connection problems,godo and sass left, death had a nightmare lol forgot to changes his tires went back into change his then crashed many times finished in pits about half way through the race.
So i think i'm 3 points behind death or something and goruk will be 3rd feel sorry for goruk i think he would of won that race he was doing much quicker times than anyone else.

yeah, it was a bit odd this race.
if u want we can try having me hosting a race and see how it goes. even if i have to leave i can ask my brother not to play while the race is on...
as far as i know, i've got a 40 to 60ms, 30Mb/1.5Mb cable connection...no problems detected so far...

It wasnt connection, it was just goruk that had problems connecting. It wasn't fixed so maybe that might help, but we could try LSD next week since he's in the same country as goruk i would think this will help. Plus he's got cable connection which is normally pretty good

If we brought the race time forward by an hour would you be able to be there for the whole race LSD?

Should have results up sometime this evening/morning.
Was a real disapointment really. Thought we were in for a really good race when we had 7 cars, 'the wolf' on pace car duties and even hura was there for a while.
Qualifying went well. No connection problem at all and, from my side, no lag. sassafrass did leave because of steering wheel problems but came back losing his grid place. A gentle reminder that once qualifying has started that nothing can be adjusted on your car so do not entre the setup page.
Then with Goruk on pole with 5 mins to go, "Goruk77 has left the room". I think everyones heart sank at the same time. He returned in time to complete 1 flying lap and get pole back! (I think thats what happened but now i'm not so sure. Please correct me if you think otherwise).
So then the race started. Good formation lap and everyone got through the 1st corner clean. The grid got into line and the race was well and trully on. Then big problems. Goruk was everywhere. He took me out in the tunnel and at the same time took sassa out at tabac. It was carnage. Then he disconnected and we had to restart.
We waited to se if goruk would return but no sign. Restarted after about 10 minutes. This time when i started the race there was no one on the grid. Yet another restart. Time was getting on, LSDBlackWolf was late for work (hope you didnt get into trouble, sorry) and still no sign of Goruk.
This time the race got away without any trouble. Godoias quit followed shortly after by sassafrass. DeathByRotor had pit problems an parked in the pits. So it was left to Greennarcotics, EFJ1 and myself.
My race was going well. I had been in 2nd place for a while on meds and changed to softs on lap 11 or 12. Then i started closing up on the leaders. The gap was about 55 seconds before and by lap 20 it was about 20 seconds. I had to pit again on lap 25 ish as the softs started to fail me. That put me well down and now a was resigned to 3rd.
I changed to hards on lap 39. Well i thought i had. I had messed it up and forgot to change. That meant i had to pit again the lap after (still in the window luckally). Got lapped by Greennarcotics.
Then on the last lap with 2:30 mins left the hard tyres fell of the cliff. I thought i would get at least 12 laps out of them! I was sliding all over the place in an attempt to finish the race. 1 minute left and i got to the swimming pool section. 30 seconds left and i had got to the last chicane. Then i spun! Tried to get the car under control but it wasn't having any of it. 10 seconds left and i tryied to reverse the car over the line. 10 metres from the end, time up. Gutted.
But 3rd place (or last place however you want to look at it) and 10 much needed points.

You get it right JT, I get disconnected during quali, then come back, did the pole lap, start the race with a very slow pace, so everyone could get on the finish line straight then on lap 2 or 3 get disconnected for good.
The strangest thing was that I had net on my laptop but PS3 wasn't able to connect, so after severals router and PS3 restarts I finally manage to get PS3 to connect.
Good thing is, I got so tired off my connection that I'll have a 24Mb hardwire connection till the end of the month, hopefully my problems will end...

As i said before, this was my last night shift so next weekend I will be free and available to host the race!
the only problem is at the end of July where im going on vacations for a week (from 23rd to 29th) but i think theres no races during that period...

Sorry for the late update on the results and standings. I will do them tonight when i get in from nights. I only just watched the replay of the race last night but, now i have all the info.
Remember to post a message in the DTM3 forum if you want a place in the 3rd season. Also say if you want to change times and days of the races. Should start next Saturday (16th) but might put it back a week or change it to another night.

I won't be able to make this weekends race. I have a golf tournament on Saturday. Ive already practiced quite a bit for this race and now I can't be there.

Its amazing how much the leaderboard has changed over the last 2 weeks. Can't believe im 1st lol and i don't know were EFJ came from he's been flying in the last 2 races and looks like him and goruk will battle for 3rd in last race. It also looks like the Vauxhall team will be going to war lol

^^^DEATHBYROTOR did not come 4th as he did not finish (75% at least). Therefor it is the same as if he didn't start the race so loses 30kg. If he had came 4th he would have got 9pts and lost 10kg.

What i meant was you needed 3rd or better to guarantee to win the series. Obviously if DBR doesnt win the race then you just have to get 7pts, or more, than him.
, with death on min weight he's going to be quick i know anything can happen in racing but I'm going to be driving expecting him to finish in top 2.

Congratulations to Greennarcotics on becoming DTM Champion!
His 2nd place finish at the Nurburgring GP/F gives him top spot ahead of race winner EFJ1.
An ever-present driver this season, with 5 podiums out of 7, Green has taken the title from Goruk77 in his 1st DTM season proving that quantity and quality pay.
