I FEEL THE CAR! I wish that clip showed the part where he is like "I am so embarassed.. i really thought i felt it"

Replays are back!? No way... This was working into my favor. Ah well.

I hope replays aren't back. I worked my collective butt off to be where I'm at. Now others will just copy what's been done and close the gap.

They are back, you will now be bumped and miss Orlando, sorry bud. 👎

Just kidding...you know you have nothing to worry about. :sly:

Brosif i am gauging you as my competition to 8th haha. Best of luck buddy :).

I have ignored indianapolis for days now but plan on making that up this weekend.

I'm really bummed about the replays, I think the lack of replays were separating lots of drivers at Eifel, now it may become open game.

It was separating some people in the pack. Obviously the guys that needed a little help are now going to get it. Oh well, just another piece of the puzzle. Looks like it will be back to work for me tomorrow night.

I still think my collective time gets me to Orlando, but I will make laps every night to make sure I have given everything I can to make it.

Now my exploits at both tracks will be known......

I have marked you to get there since Round 1. You definitely deserve it so keep that hard work up!

As Choate says.. it is just another piece of the puzzle. I am greatly discouraged by replays coming back but your driving skill will still carry you through.

Thanks! Miata's are a poor mans track car....who needs more than 120hp? :)

My dream would be to take one to the Targa Newfoundland Rally. I currently just autocross my 99' Miata but hope to turn into a track machine soon. Honestly, i have thought about getting a different vehicle but you can't beat the engineering that went into the Miata along with the fact you have such a huge aftermarket/factory support along with a fantastic knowledge base at miata.net. Too bad GT academy wasn't sponsored by Mazda!

My dream is to hit the turn 3 wall at Indy at 200 + and make Gordon Smiley's wreck look like a fender bender. That's how I wanna go lol.

I tell you what, after GT Academy I will have had enough of driving Datsuns.

Haha, I have a Datsun 510. a 370z or Skyline are NOTHING like an older Datsun, an older Datsun is a lightweight, rwd, no computer assisting you to drive fast racing machine, not like these new nissan supercars (GTR) where the computer practically drives the car for you. The 510, and older Z cars are "pure driving machines", all you have is the engine, the the wheels, and a set of pedals.

Haha, I have a Datsun 510.

I hope it looks like this:

So how much time do you guys have left in you?

I got about .3 or .4 left at Eifel (currently a 2:18.744) and another .7 at Indy (currently a 1:41.711). Its too bad that still wont be enough though. I should be satisfied though considering i will finish this round better than i did in round 1. My goal is to finish in the top 100 nationwide.

I know for certain I can gain at least half a second and get in the mid 2:18 range. I'm no threat for the Top 8 but I want to at least get in the 2:17s before Sunday. I'll postpone using a ghost until Sunday and that's only to understand where I needed to go faster.
