Has anyone else noticed how slow the AI are in wet conditions? I did 10 three lap races yesterday, and won 7 of them, and by margins of at least 5 seconds.
Yeah, qualifying on Melbourne I was about 2 seconds slower in wet on intermediates but the AI was about 10-11 seconds slower.

On what difficulty?
I was on Legend but I'm assuming it is the case on any difficulty settings.

Webber finished and I waited until the clock ran out (100% race distance)
my compliments for doing 100% race distaces mate 👍

i know there must be plenty of people out there doing so, but i haven't got the heart for it

i'm doing 20's, but i reckon i could handle 30's. might crank it up tonight :D

50% here.

Just finished qualifying at Malaysia in my Lotus. Went in to Q3 and decided to qualify on some hards without really pushing it, anything above P10 is a once in a blue moon lap, no point starting on 80% softs.

A point would be awesome.

Does anyone know the default settings for Advanced wheel configurations

I was messing around with wheel settings and i seemed to have messed everything up lol.

I had a massive turnaround for P3 in Australia, I wound up in 7th fastest.

Thanks for the help.👍

What's up with the 1 engine per race?......they get changed with only 2-3% wear (you only have 8), I have to keep switching back to an older engine which results in the loss of that session.....is this a bug?. It's easy to work around but sucks if you are unaware of the issue.

Best not to touch that part... The engineer plans out the engines over the 19 races evenly... so you get best performance for that race... I found out anyway...

And no not a bug... It takes longer than you think to change a engine block over :nervous:

Yeah, I find this really frustrating. I want to make the most of all 3 practice sessions, but I can't when my engines keep getting changed each round.

When I'm behind my teamate in practice the engineer comes on the radio and say's "Trulli is faster than you, come in and copy his set up" so I come in and I wonder how do I copy the set up. Does anyone know?

You can't.

A dumb question, but how can you tell when you have a fresh engine?

I may be wrong, but when you're in the pit garage, and you look at the monitor under the car setup screen. Go to "engine" and it will show you your 8 engines for the season. Whichever one is highlighted and says it's 100%, you know it's fresh.

Thanks, it adds a lot to the experience but makes it more challenging even added to the bugs so its hard now but I hope much more fun with the patch.

Wahooooooo!!!!

My first career race win! Expert settings, legendary AI, Instanbul. Qualified 4th and really had to work for the win. Over took for every place, had to fight through traffic while battling for position too. Brilliant. My Force India is finally coming along nicely.

Love this track too, which probably helped :D

'Looks like there's no sign of the weather improving'

*Ten seconds later*

'We'll fit slick tyres on your next stop'

I think he may actually be trying to kill me. Also, has anyone else noticed that a '5 second' gap may be anything up to half a lap?

I don't know if this is the right place to ask but how to I mute the people talking over the headset?

In online races? And other drivers?

Before online race starts you can select a racer on current grid (as you wait for host to 'press' ready) and can select mute 👍

I bought a Blue Tooth and you can leave on, but on floor so you can't hear if racers' chat distracting, or use the mute on the before race grid list:tup:

Or do you mean the race engineer (go to audio settings and use 'slider' to make 0 - no more engineer in your ear:)
