Sure šŸ˜€
Don't make a video, your explanation below is pretty good.
Thatā€™s what Iā€™m doing, strange.
For example I long press the tuning button and I switch to advanced mode.
From there I have the possibility to switch between auto setup, set1,2,3,4,5.
I choose Set 1 apply some settings and than I press the tuning button again. The Display turns off then and my Settings should be saved from my understanding. And they do so.
But as soon as I switch back to the default Tuning Mode, and than back to Advanced Mode, my Set1 Settings are restored to default Values and I have to do it all over again.
So as long as I donā€™t switch between Standard and Advanced Tuning Mode everything keeps saved.
This is intentional behavior, when switching between the simplified tuning menu and the advanced tuning menu, SET 1 always returns to the default settings.
So if you have a habit of often switching between the simple and advanced menu, use SET 2.

A ok, so itā€™s all good. Yes, youā€™re right Iā€™m going to use different sets under advanced tuning Mode. Actually thereā€™s no real need to switch Modes. Advanced will be my go to Menu from now on, thanks again for your answer šŸ¤šŸ˜

I use A SET for the rally stages I was forced to endure as gets a bit exhausting with the advanced settings.

I have noticed feeling little to no rumbling through the wheel when driving on red and white rumble strips when playing GT7. Is this normal?

The wheel is reacting in other ways as I would expect, is it a lack of FFB design from PD?

Iā€™ve noticed this too in some places. Some people have said itā€˜s because the strips are flat but they make a noise as if they arenā€™t so I donā€™t buy that. Hopefully itā€™s just a bug, but probably bottom of the list of things for them to sort.

I just received mine, but I have a problem with the wheel. It sounds like there is a loose part or a piece of debris rattling around in it (video attached). Is it possible to take the wheel apart to remove the loose item or should I contact fanatec?

Well I'm glad it's not just me! I think rumble strips which make a noise should result in some FFB, even if it's just a little bit.

Mine says due today, but the UPS "tracking" is non existent. Can't see a time at all. Luckily the gf is home all day.

Even if you find the loose part it will simply be something that is broken or poorly assembled. Contact Fanatec for a replacement.

Tracking now held up in Tamworth saying "package held for future delivery date" but still scheduled for end of day today. What is going on here?

Rescheduled to Tomorrow now. I'll bloody drive to the depot and pick it up if its easier for you UPS :banghead:
Ah mate.

Mine came 30m before it was due!!

Heavy piece of kit!

I spent 2hrs getting everything set up so will be jumping on tonight, wanted to get some running this afternoon but far to busy with work

DDPro, Boost Kit, Load Cell so yeah 3 Packages
Iā€™ve already got the wheel. One is the load cell which I ordered a month ago and I since ordered the boost kit and pedal plates so I guess thatā€™s the 3. I assumed the plates and boost kit was one package as I ordered them together. One of the packages says its coming tomorrow even though itā€™s still in Germany. šŸ¤Ø

They are never one package. Every item ordered, even on a single order, comes as a separate box under a master tracking number.
Thatā€™s good to know. Thanks. I was confused as it was two packages until about two days ago. Apparently my package(s) have missed another flight today!

Back to the racing. Anyone tried race b? Interlagos is like a rally stage after the last turn! Iā€™ve had to use A SET for this race. Way too bumpy for me. Need to dial in a custom set I think.

Anyone running the new patch on ACC. Struggling to feel any curbs or feel over crests at Mt Panorama.
Anyone found a setting for the latest patch? I've got heaps of weight and big jolts, but no curbs or weightless feeling over crests.

How did you get on in the end? Did you get it dialled in in the evening?

So according to Ups my load cell brake finally arrived in uk today..... Lets see how long before it gets to me.... This is the longest I ever had to wait for a fanatec product.

One of my packages has missed its third flight šŸ˜‚. Another has arrived in the uk this morning and says will be delivered by half 2 today; which would take some doing as itā€™s still at the arrival depot and I havenā€™t even had the import tax asked for yet.

Does anyone have a list of bolts that I will need to mount this to a rig? I have the next level racing f-gt rig and will also have the load cell pedal.

Running through it really quick looks like i will need:

Wheel base = (4) m6x12
Pedal base = (2) m6x?? (22+x)

Wasn't sure what additional length I would need on the pedal base.
