I think it's fair that they get a chance to drop, given that they didn't get a lot of chance to give it back until now
Like some sort of grade school mediation. This just seems bizarre. They're negotiating or it gets send to the stewards.

What the hell is this???? FIA making an offer to Red Bull? They should make the decision themselves and hand a penalty to that stupid brat. This is so corrupt.
There was no time to give back position during the race. He's basically saying accept this or it gets turned over to the stewards which could be much worse. (I think. I'm just a pleb on the internet. )

Perez squeezed Seinz, Seinz was against a wall.-
Yep, as a result of Max driving like a bell which resulted in lots of cars being much closer together and alongside each other than they would on a normal start rather than an 'it's my game and I'll do what I like' start.

Wait... according to Brundle, you have to leave space for Perez and LeClerc but not Lewis and Max... it can't be both.

I said I think back in Brazil I think that the FIA were going to leave there with egg on their face.

They're going to leave here I think with the pin pulled on their own grenade.

Max is the annoying child in school and Horner is the parent that whines and complains to get what he wants.

Maybe it's time for me to put F1 down for a bit. This is awful.
I agree Horner Kerenina at it again. I might do the same as well, they do the impossible to bring this sport into disrepute. This is shameful. Toto Wolff should grow some balls and at least start denouncing this corruption outloud when in interviews.

Also, side question. How are we with time limit? Is it likely they'll complete the full race length?

Verstappen effectively gets away without being penalised. We shouldn't be allowing drivers to drive like that and get away with it.
He was going to push wide back to the other side instead of doing what we've seen other drivers who miss & go off, come back on to the track further down pass the kerbs.

Based on what happened in Brazil, Mercedes are probably hesitant to let it go to the stewards.

On the other hand, Bottas illegally help up Max under the safety car and Lewis held too far back on the formation lap.

Drivers are being allowed to get away with a lot.

Does red flags count for the 2 hours? I thought it was within a 4 hour window but 2 hours of running?

If he didn't give the place back he would've gotten one.
Remember bottas being slow?
No penalty for him

Because Red Flag nullifies things

We have not seen the driver cam from the williams that brake checked Mazepin.

Becoming like a turn based strategy this.

Penalise Bottas, and it wasn't a formation lap ;)
