I doubt it, everyone can finish the race on these tires, so nobody will risk a pit stop unless they can do so without losing position

But if another red flag occurs Red Bull won't pit. They've made the mandatory tyre change so they have no need for it.

I meant that a red flag could have reduced Verstappen's lead, giving Hamilton another chance to catch and overtake.

Max needs not only to be told to give the place back, but also a warning or penalty. You can't deliberately go off track and aim your car where your rival's will be.
