I was just a bit upset they were going hot wheels again, but this looks great so I'm fine with it.

Given I saw a few HW cars from prior games and DLC in that trailer like the HW Mustang, Ford F-5 Dually and 2 JET Z, I suspect they’ll be Playlist rewards so everyone will have a chance at getting some more Hot Wheels cars even without the Expansion pack. 👍

Per the website announcement:

Some cars visible in our trailer and screenshots are limited-time rewards in the Series 9 Festival Playlist. Stay tuned for details on these reward cars in an upcoming blog post.

I'm not 100% sold on the new cars, but the EventLab tie-in is probably the greatest thing I can think of replayability wise.

@Torni I've just played your Airfield Race 2.0. A vast improvement bud. I kept getting lost before lol. I raced it in my S1 899 Opel Manta. The car was too powerful for the track I think (or I was too poor a driver 😂😂😂). Going to try it again later in an A800 car, I think it will better suit the courses twists and turns.

A great track.

Class A or B is good for this race.

The song is the best part of the trailer imo. The part where it goes "wayyy up highhhh" while looking over the horizon (heh) into the distance reminded me of the Hot Wheels tracks I built as a kid, and how annoyed my parents would get because of it . This trailer honeslty made me feel like a little kid again for a short moment

If you've never heard them before, I'd definitely recommend giving them a go. They've put out a bunch of albums in the last 30 years or so (god I'm old ) and they're hilarious live. They even have a live album recorded at a Bar Mitzvah!

The rumored codenames for FH5 DLC are;

• Project Ventura
• Project Nightfall/Nightlights

What that could mean is anything really. I'd bet the next expansion is something new, not a redux of something old. But who knows at this point. It's probably a while away anyway - I reckon December 2022 at the earliest.

I knew this car would have come to Forza someday, but on the same day for both titles? That is mega rare for any car that gets added to this franchise! Colour me surprised!

I'm looking foward for all the new cars on July 19, especially the Mosler GT3. It's street legal cousin is a beast as a S2 powerbuild for sprint road races. Can't wait to see how well the GT3 will perform as a handling/all-around build.

Yeah Im in the same boat. Wasn't too impressed when I saw the leak but looks a lot more interesting so I'll get this. Really like the ten cars included so that helps too. Especially being an Aussie and seeing the Brabham in a game. Hopefully that sounds as good as it does in real life. I've been at Bathurst when it was doing demo laps and it was so loud you could pinpoint where the car was at any given point.

I've been experiencing this annoying glitch on the PC version over the past few days, where it's impossible to navigate menus with controllers as a single button press on the D-pad or a nudge of the left stick is treated as at least 3/4 presses. Is anyone else suffering this?
