One thing to note is that the cars offered on Driver Level Rewards are based on a few factors:
  • Your current Collector Tier
  • What and how many cars you currently own.

The RSR is a "Red Tier" (I forget the number) car, so it'll only show up when you're at the stage where other cars of that Tier are being awarded to you. If you already own many of the cars at this Tier, then the chances of the RSR showing up are increased.

Additionally, if you hold on to your Driver Level Rewards and don't redeem them, the cars for each Reward are "reserved" and won't be offered in future Reward slots until you have decided if you're going to take them when you eventually go to Redeem Rewards. Eventually, if you keep earning Driver Level rewards but don't redeem them, the RSR will show up.

Very good as I didnt fully understand the hows and whys of which cars are offered as Driver Level Rewards. I'll keep this in mind.

My only concern is how long will the RSR be offered for-if its permanent then no worries but if otherwise..

So I found a nice workaround to get the Porsche 804 to be able to race it's F1 brethren :)

In Free Play, the rules for your race should be as follows:

-Curb Weight Maximum: 1500 lbs
-Years: 1962-1967
-Drive Type: RWD
-Engine Placement: Mid

Screw you T10, because this shouldn't be necessary!

Alternatively, just make a multi bucket race with one being the 60s F1 division and the other bucket being just the 804.

I must be doing something wrong because all I get is a grid full of 804s.

Just found this over at Forza Central

2008 BMW Z4M Coupe "Unreleased"

Yep, the guys over at FM.net found it first on Tuesday or Wednesday, I think. Secretly added like the 2017 911 RSR, apparently.

I first thought the 2008 Z4 was the same as the the Leagues award but the award is actually the 2000 Z8. Too many zeroes and zees and eights!
The 2000 Z8 can be rented, but when I filtered for the Z4 in Free Play it wasn't showing up as an option to use.
