Voting for the Bounty Hunter prize is up on Twitter:

2010 Ferrari 599 GTO
2016 Honda Civic Type R Forza Edition
1977 Ford Escort RS1800
2015 Nissan IDx NISMO

https://twitter.com/Forz...tatus/940670611730214912

I have a feeling we will lose out on the Escort again and end up with the 599 or Civic.

Im happy just to get my hands on the RSR after it still hasnt shown up on my level up prizes.

I went and set a pretty conservative time of 1:37:24 last night. I just wanted to bank a clean lap to get the RSR.

Tonight I will give it a red hot go-I think there's about two seconds I can cut down. Im like the Taki Inoue of Forza 7

The game is very forgiving (again) with the track limits and the top guys are absolutely using the hell out of that fact to set good laptimes.

I "stole" that picture from the official forum. This is a perfectly clean lap...

I got down to a 1:27 while staying well within the boundaries of the actual racetrack, but I can definitely see how the top guys are in the 1:23s if the game lets you extend your curves that much.

Has there been any word on T10 even attempting to fix the disgusting "wheel support" they shat out at us?

You must be having a laugh?

Fm7 has the best wheel support of any forza game, including far better ffb. The only issues that remain, is a lack of auto soft locking (and a couple ofther minor things). So we still have to change dor manually per car. And support for direct drive wheels, the thrustmaster t-gt, and a couple of the newer wheels to market on the pc version.

The xbox one still requires a security handshake via a proprietary pairing system that microsoft have always used on their xbox consoles. So lack of wheel support on the console itself is squarely down to microsoft and not t10.

If your issue is with the force feedback, post what your ingame advanced settings are. If you are using a non supported wheel on the pc version, then there is a possible work around that i can link you too.

Leagues...I see folks are using a Ferrari FXX K...I cant find that car to buy, how do I buy that?

I looked in the Ferrari section and I see a lot of cars, not that one. Unless it is called something else when you go to buy it?

You have to do one of the Elite Showcases to get it

Elite showcase? I am not in front of my machine now, dont recall that category. I will check it out later, thanks.
Once you beat the Forza Drivers Cup you unlock the Elite Cups. The FXXK is available in one of the Elite Showcases.

I have beat the Forza Drivers cup, does this elite thing show up on the menus or is it supposed to be on the same screen that shows all the levels of the Forza Drivers Cup?

I havent completed every level and every race but I have been given the "you won this level" each time on all of them.

If you have completed every championship, you should have gotten more that showed up on each level. I believe the FXX K is under the Masters Championship, should be bottom right.

It's a passing challenge.

Oh yeah I did, lots of them. I thought there was a Masters Champ in each section, maybe not. I will look for that when I get home, thanks!

As to the leagues. I am aware they are meant for the serious, better drivers. That collisions have no consequences? Thus making it harder for jerks to ruin your fun?

On GT6 collisions and penalties are a pain when dealing with jerks. I also notice this "rewind" option in career mode, something I have used sparingly only when I want to get money in a hurry. I dont recall seeing that on GT games, any of them, I have never used it before. I played thousands of hours of GT and just had to re race some races many many times to get the result I wanted, the rewind would have made that easier but probably would have taken the fun out of it, I might stop using it.

Leagues currently have ghost lobbies active, but with the next series there will be a Sim damage lobby as well, so people can still wreck each other and cause a lot more damage than normal.
I wouldn't say they are for more serious or better drivers as they divide up by ranks.

I'm in the market for a new tv, and I posted a thread in the Computer and Electronics section, but knowing that's not the most active I wanted to post here and ask you guys for help, for anyone that has experience with the subject

So as the title says, I'm in the market for a new TV to try to take advantage of my Xbox One X, but I'm having trouble with all the differences in HDR technology. It's all a bit confusing really, and while I have read up on some of it, while searching specific model numbers I see some list it as HDR, but then when I check others, they don't.

What I'm really looking for is recommendations, rather than info on the differences between them. Budget is around $500 dollars give or take, and I'm willing to go a bit higher if it's necessairy. So that likely puts me around 43-50" TVs. Is there any in my budget that people have had experience with, that be able to utilize HDR10 and the 4k output of my One X?

I do realize that with my budget, I don't have the best selection.

It doesn't really matter if you reply here or there, but any help would be appreciated

Found Masters Champ in the Masters division, I have won that. I dont have the Ferrari FXX K.

Not sure what to look for now.

NO Samsung, they wont stay connected to internet unless hard wired or the router is within a couple feet. I had to get extender. This problem is with most or all of them as far as I know.

To be honest, I'm not using it for internet, the Xbox will do that. However, I'm hardpressed finding a non-smart 4k HDR tv, so I'll have to settle.

It's not a championship, it's a showcase event. It's in the bottom right.

Edit: It's under the Domination division, sorry.

Mine’s been perfect for over a year, either I’m one of the few without an issue or something is strange with your router/tv/network.

@ImaRobot Go here, this site gives the most informative reviews in my opinion: https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/best/by-usage/video-gaming

This is the one I have, was last year’s “best”: https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/samsung/ks8000

I just use a regular HDTV but I have a Samsung a Sanyo and a Vizio and of the 3 I would choose the Vizio over either of the others.

The Samsung is the oldest of the 3 and works great but has some ghosting/burn in issues so if you say set on the leaderboard for a few minutes you can still kind of see it when you start a race.

The Sanyo is the newest and largest of the 3 and looks great but the screen is more reflective and on darker scenes you can see your reflection in the screen.

The Vizio is a few years old and has worked great from day one. no reflective surface, no burn in or ghosting, shows very sharp picture and was the cheapest of the 3.

A little out of budget, but I appreciate the reply. I'm looking at the series right under that, the 7000's. Found a 50" for $600 that is looking like the top contender for my budget.

I'm also currently using a HDTV as well, but with the recent purchase of the Xbox One X, I feel I'm not getting the most out of it. Hows the Vizio with sound projection, though? I've been hearing some issues in that department.

I recently bought the TCL P605 from Best Buy and so far I've been quite impressed. Amazon also sells a P607 which is the same TV but with a better remote for I think $50 dollars more.

I'm going to keep this one in mind as well. Same price for 5" bigger, but what I like about the Samsung is the 120hz refresh rate and the speakers are outputting at 20w compared to 8w for the TCL. I'll be able to check these both out when I go in to Best Buy. Thanks TJ!

The advantage of setting up free play for a specific car (modded the old BMW to 100HP as it is the minimum in Race Setup and added a race gearbox) meant I could fairy easily beat Unbeatable Drivatars for bonus credits.

@ImaRobot If your buying a new tv, make sure to look into how much input lag they suffer with. The newest Samsung sets apparently have the lowest input lag while 'gaming mode' is active, but you will have to do further research.

The sound is ok, not as good as the Samsung but I have a set of Altec Lansing PC speakers and sub woofer hooked into it and they sound more than do the job :)
