Only section that I'm struggling with is the first 2 corners, too much kerb and it spits the car offline and you've got problems.

3rd= progressive

1st to 2nd then to 3rd=Little bit of wheelspin into 2nd and lose some power before getting back into the powerband causing some more wheelspin and likewise with 3rd.

The whole race was extremely close with Yera, and it basically came down to some luck that he spun when I didn't. Considering these were my first laps in the wet with the GTO, I've got to be very happy with the result, although I found the GTO not to be an easy car to handle. Its great strength is how early you can go on the throttle, and that didn't work at all in the rain. You had to wait until it was pointed completely in a straight line and only then you could accelerate out of the corner. If it's better than the GT, like Yera said, I don't even want to know how that handles in the rain. Also great race from Chris. One stop more and not far behind - looks like the cat's out of the bag (pardon the pun).

It doesn't... :lol:

Also tonight's race gave me the impression I got to terms with the GTO better than you in the wet... if it was on any other track I think I might have been able to slowly gain on you (I hardly have any confidence to push in the Nordschleife without making some sort of mistake, in any condition)

Yeah, I also had the impression that in the dry I was a little quicker and your basic speed in the wet was a little higher, but maybe at the cost of more mistakes. All-in-all very even though, as always. 👍
