The roulette thing seems totally pointless or is it just there to troll me by showing a new car and piles of cash only to give me 2k every time. Either what i have just completed is worth a new car or 2k not both grrrrrrrr

Questions regarding used car dealership: how often do cars change in used car dealership? How long does it take after a car is sold out, for a new car appear? I have yet to find out the answer to this, but it does appear that cars only change sometime, after they are sold out. Or maybe the schedule for changing cars in used car dealership is just random?

Bought out pretty much the entire lot 😅 Well except for R34 GT-R and NSX, they were popular and sold out fairly quick, plus on day 1 and start of day 2, I had no idea, how often cars appear and disappear from the used car dealership. For now focusing on collecting cars and playing against AI and completing the game, sport mode can wait.

Next goal is fulfilling my invitations to buy two Aston Martins - One-77 and Vulcan. I believe if your invitation runs out (I have until 1.59 am on 20th March), you cannot buy the cars, until you get a new invitation. And who knows when that might happen..

One quick question about the new Audi R8 LMS EVO.

I swear to gosh I saw one in a race today with the brand-new EVO II wing on the rear, but I went to the dealership and it was just the wing that came on the 2019 car.

I haven't gotten the EVO yet because I spent my Gr.3 car money on the Ferrari 458, which was my main car in Sport.

Anyone that does have the R8 EVO, can you confirm that there is in fact an aero mod option to get the EVO II wing? I think if it is the case, that makes it the only Gr. car in the game with any sort of body alterations.

If it were the case it would also mean you can drive the 2019 car with a 2022-spec rear wing, but the whole car isn't the 2022 spec car. Really strange there.
You can change the wing to the 2022 spec and the diffuser.

Anyone figured this out yet how these invitations work? I mean you can win them with the roulette system. But once an invitation expires, is the only way to win them back through the roulette system? Because that seems extremely luck based.

Speaking about longevity, how long the singleplayer mode is compared to the previous GT's? Is it longer than GT1, GT6 and GTSport at least?
Way shorter. I'd say about 3/4ths of GT6's length at most. There are more license tests and mission races (with actual difficulty to them, to be fair) but there are very few races. And the game just sort of ends right after you start getting into races with real race cars.

Can someone explain to me, with the utmost eloquence, why the 787B drives like such, utter dog 🤬 on a hot and hazy summer day in this One Lap Magic mission?

It understeers like the front tires retract into the wheel wells. I literally do not understand.
Maybe the track surface is too greasy/oily, the tarmac itself?
I'm finding when I drive(a different car, not the 787B) on a cool surface, could be early morning or evening, the grip is good. As the sun begins too shine on track, I notice my car reacts different to the temperature. I was losing grip, until the sun was a bit higher. Then, the balance of my car settled in.

Maybe that is what you're experiencing in those conditions. Maybe.

This would need some investigating.I don't think gt7 simulates track temperature

Surprised that there is no All Japanese GT Car events, this maybe a first, even GT Sport had the event, working on Menu Book 38, level 25

Lack of endurance races, Spa with no 24 hour dynamic time, strange decisions by PD

3.64 million CR is a steep price but if you get the invitation for this one, IMO go for it because this is a great car to drive and very pleasant to watch in replays. Even barebone stock on its SM tyres it’s a very pleasant ride.

Based on meteorological data, GT7 simulates cloud formations as well as location-specific temperatures, humidity and air pressures. Starscapes also change in each location, with the colour of stars changing depending on the location and atmospheric conditions.

Different times of day also affect the surface temperature of the track. This affects grip levels, engine power, and the strength of slipstream.

I’m done with this game. Every car just slides around. Doesn’t matter what upgrades I put into it. Even turned on the aides. This is really boring driving and waiting for it to slip out.

Hard pass for me going forward unless they make major changes.

Earlier today after work, I did a session and finished the Pan-American championship with my modified Camaro ZL1. I used it to complete the Corvette book. I basically gave it over 900 hp and it's absolutely wild of course, even with racing softs equipped and tcs set to 3. I could still win the race, but man it was twitchy. Using it to grind the Daytona event isn't as easy anymore due to this sadly. Though maybe there's a tune out there somewhere that can make this more stable.

After that, I finished 2 of the 3 Porsche Cup races with the 996 GT3 I got in that championship. The nurburgring wasn't too bad for me oddly enough, though I didn't win the race sadly. I don't think my car is quick enough as is to do it, probably need to tune it some more. I was able to get 3rd in that race though and 2nd at Lake Maggiore, thus being able to win the 930 Turbo and 993 Carrera RS.

When I get back on, I just need to complete the Spa race.

I already saved up for the LaFerrari which took me two days… I’m thinking if I want the FXX. K now 🤔 I see you spending big money I might need to come mess with you lol!😂

Are you on a wheel or a controller?

Controller on PS4
I said this in another thread just now, have you tried lowering your sensitivity to -1 in the controller sensitivity settings?

It helped me so much, cars became way more predictable to drive with it and I've only had a few spinouts since then, mostly of my own doing.

(For reference, I'm on PS4 using a DS4 aswell)

That Nurburgring race was horrible, I fly past everyone until I'm in 4th and then 3rd is 8,000,000 miles away.

Not to mention both times I tried, it ends up pouring during the final 3 minutes or so.

Controller on PS4
I'm using a PS5 controller and some cars are just fine. Not all of them slide around. If you are struggling, there are 3 options: use traction control, upgrade your car for increased driveability or just be bit more patient on the throttle. I drove the Alfa Romeo 8C the other day and it was driveable with traction control turned off. It takes a bit of time to get used to it but when you do, you'll be fine.

I was broke after that purchase. 😅 That was my 1.6 mill CR from the Deluxe Edition and about all savings from playing through campaign. And now Citroën sent me an invitation to buy their VGT road car for 1 mill. I want that one as well to mess around in the French championship driving along Clio‘s and Megane’s. 😄

In Forza Horizon 5 I had every car in the game after a week of playing, which isn’t fun at all. Now I am very carefully considering what I want to buy. For now I only focus on invitations from the Brands Center and then cars I really want from the Used Cars and Legend Cars. I would have grabbed that Alfa Touring car from Legends or the CSL 3.0 from Used Cars but they are sold out now. So I went with that Civic Touring Car, the R5 Turbo, the 70s A110 and the Lancer GSR VI T.M. Skipped the Celica GT-Four for now since I don’t like it in yellow (and yes the base colour matters to me). I’m avoiding buying any non-invite cars from Brands Central for now though, those cars will always be there anyway and I assume that’s also the pool cars are pulled from for the roulette tickets.

See that’s why I told my self I’m going to give it the full two weeks so when I buy it I’ll still have cash.💰 I need at least 1.5M in my account or I start getting upset 😂 I’m in your same boat as you… normally in a game you can collect most of the cars within two weeks… not saying that’s bad but GT always had that unique style of obtaining cars! I skipped the same reason that yellow is not it lol… I mean I could just repaint it but um…. Nah I’m cheap because I’m going to use actual manufacture paint chips which cost money. I will let you know in two weeks what I get and can assure you it will be from grinding!!

Used car dealership hasn’t updated since Saturday for me. I’ve still got the same cars. I’m not wrong in thinking it never took this long to update on GT5 etc
