Quick question with invites I have x2 Aston Martin and 1 Ferrari and Lamborghini which Ferrari should I buy? I have 8.5 million at the moment and will do WTC 800 cafe book 39 and spa event world finals race for 1million and escudo event for 1million too. So should have enough credits for the cars but which Ferrari should I go for, La Ferrari cheapest, enzo, and the fxxk ? GT fans on Twitter I asked said Enzo but why? Thank you for reading and replying as always 😃

Because, in le mans (sardegna and spa aswell), you can assassinate every ai driver if you want and that wont loose you the crb. Tokyo you brake 1ms too late and bye bye crb.
By your logic they should have increased the penalties for all 4 high paying races, not just for tokyo.

That is my absolute favourite race. I like the credits, but really I enjoy the challenge of getting the tyre choice right, at the right time. If I get it right, it's a win. Every time. A bit wrong and I can normally still get 2nd or 3rd because the AIs really don't like the rain, although it's harder if it's dry throughout. I have finished in the bottom half with a badly timed stop though.

Le mans is my favourite now too 🙂.
It was tokyo before PD decided they didnt want players grinding in there.

I would love le mans if it looked like the other tracks. Unfortunately it is among the worst looking tracks on the game on ps5.

Is the prize money wrong for (RedBull Ring 1 hr)? Says 500,000 for 1st, 400,000 2nd to 5th.
Came 2nd and got 700,000 for 2nd?

Didnt get clean race bonus so......

Possible you got the prizes for 6th and below? That’s how it works with license tests and the World Finals events, and the same for missions, too.

Is there a way to see a lap chart after online races? Or fastest lap times by driver? This was in GT Sport but it appears it’s not in GT7. I’m having a blast with Spec Miata @ Road Atlanta and I had some crazy runs last night, including a 2nd place finish where I started P7 and finished lap 1 in P16.

Like I said before, nothing wrong with different races to have different difficulty curves. Same as any other game.

I respect your point of view, but I think like many things, it all depends on what you're looking for from Gran Turismo 7

Maybe the coders at PD are having a bet amongst themselves to see who can nerf the Tokyo grind the most and get the most players to stop racing it? I mean, they nerf it and then bring it back every update

25th anniversary is December. What if one track from each previous title was released in an update. Grand Valley, Rock Rock and R246 are discovered in the data. That covers GT1/2/3, but no data from GT4 which I'd like to be El Capitan. But what to add from GT5 or 6?

Very unlikely to get three full locations in one update, IMO.

Just Grand Valley is enough to celebrate the anniversary, as it's a track that's been in all numbered GTs to date before 7.

It would be cool if they added "historic" versions of the track too, just for the anniversary. You could race around the PS1, 2, and 3 versions before getting to the new updated version. They'd probably be wacky and weird, but it's be a once off nostalgia thing to drive around them anyway so PD could just do a basic port job and call it a day.

I could definitely imagine 16-bit mode on the big screen. It'd be like GT Minecraft Edition.

The old GT tracks don't look too bad if you play them upscaled on modern hardware. PS2 onwards look pretty great, but even the PS1 tracks have a charm to them once upscaled.

I have no idea what about GT7's update cycle makes you believe that not only we could be getting tracks two months in a row, but that one update would include multiple tracks but hey, pass me the hopium

I wonder if the whole drama with Elon Musk might've held this back actually lol. Probably not but it's weird that the car seems completely functional and yet I don't think it's even on the datamine lists?

Like Imari posted. How much resources does it take to port(not remake) PS1-PS3 tracks? I have no idea.

There needs to be a garage icon next to the collection book icon in the dealerships so you know what's in your garage. I'm a bit surprised PD forgot to add this icon.

No it's not. The collection book icon is to tell you what cars you've collected, not what cars are currently in your garage. Just because you collected a car doesn't mean it's in your garage anymore now that the sell feature is a thing.

They stay in your collection, so if they get used for the extra menus you won't have to purchase them again.
