Japanese doesn't really have the concept of plural nouns and no amount of machine translators will change that. I would assume the different English wording than usual is meaningful.
The multiple update thing doesn't make any sense anyway. Every update addresses multiple things, and theres no sense in releasing two patches

the japanese is literally. As for next week's update, pretty big.

If you think the daily A with the Sierra's were slidy......... pictures a grind full of DS's 🤣🤣, I hope we can swap them, cause otherwise it's going to be stored in my garage beneath a blanket for ever 🤣

Boring car additions as usual.

A useless heritage F1-car, a useless VGT, a useless Citroen heritage and the 100. Porsche addition.

I thought GT would plan with the FIA again for this year. With what??!

"Boring car additions as usual.

A useless 10-year-old Lexus, a useless Mercedes, a useless nostalgia-bait Toyota and the 100th GT3 car."

See how easy it is to twist things into negativity? Even when it's things that numerous people have repeatedly asked for?

Good update. Need to know if the devs will include a new track, fictional or real world, as well. Plus, we are getting closer to the 1st anniversary of GT7 which is next month. Still eager for the devs to include the Toyota GT-One in GT7.

Honestly PD.... This is ridiculous....

After 2 months without updates we get a 1960's road car that is absolutely useless (Citroën DS), a useless 50 year old open wheeler and another old Porsche....

Come on PD.... We need more current cars. If you are going to waste developpers time and budget for 50 year old cars this is ridiculous....

Kaz, we understand that you like the legendary cars you grew up liking, but hello !!! It is 2023... By RC models and play with them but give us current cars in the game for **** sake....

For the love of the OCD God, please fix the progression bug from December. The newest Monza and Bathurst races not showing as completed is making me consider restarting my progress. Might just do it so I have a fresh start with VR2.

Other than that, I'm looking forward to the update. 👍
You cannot restart your progress, only start a new game on another account.

With regard to your issue (the game one, not the debilitating mental illness you've twice referred to yourself as having), have you tried the save data recovery tool which may be able to restore your ability to progress through the game?

What’s with the word „useless“ being used inflationary here, is that a new word you guys learned?

Some people in other communities saying the Honda F1 is nothing special, should do their research.

It was the first time a Japanese F1 car won a GP. It's significant, more than significant enough to earn it's place in the game. Should be fun to drive actually.
I just wish there's some events for it, as usual...

With these F1 cars being brought into the game, there's actually hope that we can get one of the early 2000's 3.5l V10 F1s. I wouldn't even mind if it's the Toyota or Honda cars that didn't win anything back then, since it seems like getting the license for something like the MP4/20, or Renault R25 or Ferrari F2004 would be really hard to get.
Jenson Button's 2004 BAR Honda would be more than enough for me. IMO it was the best sounding F1 V10 car (no, they don't all sound the same, similar yes, not the same) and Jenson placed 3rd in the championship behind the dominant Ferraris even though he didn't win a single race.

"Another 911" ... No, it's the first gen of the incredibly iconic 911. The 901. And in it's best (IMO) version to boot, the 2.7 Carrera RS, in which I hope there's the White/Green color combination available.

The Citroen, while not a favourite of mine, does have a rather large fanbase, enough to also earn it's place in the game, and be another choice among the old low powered classics. And finally another Citroen in the game...

The VGT... well, nothing we weren't warned off. Likely the Genesis one, which to me doesn't matter anyway, will just buy it to have it ticked in the collection menu and sell it immediately after. Just a ~400-500k credit loss from that, but all of these cars shouldn't be that expensive anyway.

Overall: Not a bad car list. Just few in number as usual. We've had far worse.

The much needed events, and well paid ones at that, are the things that I look most forward to in every single update (and get disappointed all the time).

I don’t think the RA272 is a waste of time at all but the other three are crappy

Very happy with the car selection if the classic F1 car is the Honda RA272. It's an iconic, beautiful and great-sounding Japanese racing car that should have been added to Gran Turismo a long time ago in my opinion.

Dude. Me too. That machine is mega iconic and I also am extremely pumped it’s coming.

Grinding my millions right now!

You're not understanding what I'm saying. Japanese does not have the concept of plurals.
A better translation would be "next week's update(s) is/are planned to be large".
That being said, it's possible the meaning is more that the game will be updated in multiple ways (by a single file). Or it was translated wrongly by him or a machine translator. Who knows? We'll find out next week.

Yep, I was alluding to a new account.

I'll give that save data tool a look, thanks for the link.
