I have a good VR setup on PC, which is a shame as it ensures I will never another VR just for use on the PS5, now had they released a PS5 VR that was decent on PC as well that might have been a different discussion ?

I am deeply hopeful one of the patches sees the ability to move the in car camera position more, it is substantially flawed in design atm, having those options save locally to each vehicle if you move them as well would be a great asset, as there is seemingly no consistency in application of the seating positions, no doubt highlighting many hands on deck to do such jobs and a lack of overall consistency.

I know, but its seems strange that he posted "the UPDATES ARE" Maybe the google translator played him badly, and also gave us false hopes...
That's why I washed the English portion of the Tweet through Bing's (edit - and Google's) translator into Japanese and back to English. It (edit - they both) turned "updates" into a singular "update", so who knows.

@BrunusCL82 You expect too much. You'd be lucky to get 2 extra track variations, but 2 tracks ain't going to happen.

Visual tweaks is always a possibility going forward with poly. Menu changes, changes in general to the career mode.. 🤷‍♂️
 
All this talk of new car updates when I can't even see or buy ones that were seemingly included in the release, I have been playing since release day.....so not new to the game.

Regarding the "update/updates", I'd focus more on the "big", as that is common to both the English portion of Kaz's tweet and the third-parties' translations of the Japanese portion.

Unfortunately, unless PD breaks with tradition, we won't have any more info until Monday, when we'll have the identities of the cars confirmed as well as (likely) any new track(s) and scapes. The rest, including any new menu books or extra menu collections, likely won't be revealed until the update notes are released when the update is released.

Well, gulp if this is any indication of the model we’re getting, time to tighten those belts.

Yes! Finally a new update with PSVR2 and 4 cars! I hope we are also getting a new track (if not, at least the two promised Nurb layouts) and a bunch of new events (like endurance missions) and some new features as well. Since it is a 'big' update I'm kinda optimistic
 
Could literally just be a big update, as in a lot of Gigabytes (for VR)... but he is going to bigging up VR because of course he would.

And it could be "updates" because VR is 1.29 and we're only on 1.27. Usual content in 1.28, VR in 1.29.
 
Well the first race in both Nations and Manufacturer Series are TBA for the track. I would be surprised if both first round races are on the same track.
 
Not impressed by the selection of cars. I take every (classic) PORSCHE I can get but I'm not interested in the Citroen DS and the VGT. Formula 1 car is for sure cool but very expensive.

Where are the new production cars? :(
Agreed, i’m more interested in updated models of gr3 or gr1 cars. Random cars with no use doesn’t really interest me
