This is your (nearly-)monthly reminder that items such as the rumored 120 Hz VRR, physics changes or new events are not mentioned in the trailer.
I think that's because that sort of stuff usually comes in the patch notes, which we won't see until after the patch releases tomorrow.

He’s saying that to calm the fears and blow pack, before welling up. As per usual.

Look at this beauty. I'm in love.

Me too.

Will do this ASAP:

GT Sport had the Nurb’ since launch (2017) so it’s only taken six years to get the alternative layouts…

That aside, that Audi RS5 looks incredible. Haven’t been this stoked for an update since GT Sport introduced the 2016 Super GT carts! Can’t wait!

Just need to buy a PSVR2, and man, doing Forzavista on that Alphard in the VR showroom would be a dream come true.

Damn am i trippin or looks the trailer in genarel better now. I watched it several times. It seems they turn up the graphics.

First time since before release that im hyped again for GT7 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Welp, it’s All Wheel Drive. Not the end of the world. Sure is a beauty though.

Too bad not the 2.5 turbo, though.

EDIT: Upon checking on Mazda's Japanese website, the X Burgundy Selection can be had with 4WD as option. Plus, the trim is a hybrid.

But 190 HP is decent enough. Imagine having a 4 rotor in that thing.

Car enthusiasts worldwide have flocked to Gran Turismo despite the first car most OG players ever drove in the franchise being a Demio... its part of the appeal of the franchise to have a wide variety of cars.
Think that's what the problem is...

I loved more than anything collecting 5 diffrent limited edition mx5s in the old original GTs

Because there was so much variety .

Gt7 just hasn't got that now

Like there stepping over 1000s of motoring icons to produce the mazda 😒

Other games are just knocking car selection out the park 🙄

Alas they lack the GT feel n quality

Plus, the one we’re getting is a manual. That’s nice of PD. ;)

We’ll see if any swaps are available, in 13-15 hours time.

NM, I am way behind.

I am a little confused when it says Nurburgring Endurance... it shows the Nord so I am hoping said race isn't just the GP layout.

Cars never get swaps in the same update as their release. We'll probably have to wait a month or longer, and that's if the Mazda even gets a swap option.

It's a little bit frustrating that the leaderboards for the licenses and the circuit experiences will be reset because I managed to get some pretty good times on these purely by completing them as normal, and it's a shame to lose them like this. I'm not really understanding the point of doing this either. Why even have leaderboards if you're going to randomly reset them months after the game launches?

I forget which one, but I think a newly released car did have a swap?

Or was it that an engine from a new car was available? My memory is terrible, sorry... :P

190hp should still turn in to a decent figure with a big old turbo and some fettling.

Huh? We didn't get Porsche, Ferrari or Lamborghini until the 5th game - we didn't even get an E30 M3 till Sport! There's always been many motoring icons missing from GT - there's no game out there that covers everything, but the grass is always greener and all that. I wish GT7 had some cars from FH5, but even then, there's a ton missing from Forza that I'd like.

Leaderboards become nonsensical if a year old time is beaten simply because the physics made it easier. Ideally they wouldn't reset them, but since they're tweaking the physics, it does make sense.

I know nobody knows until it's announced, but I'm presuming that the Audi falls in to Gr.2?

This update looks overall great. I little bit underwhelmed by number of new events, but IF WTC800 is going to be high payed endurance race then I will be still very happy :D Better to have one decent event instead of 4 useless ones.

BTW. Maybe it means nothing, but did you noticed that Gr3 cars had grid start on the patch trailer? :)

Great update BTW
There is far road to accompish the more peoples choices (Championships Custom races etc)...
Always PD had strange choices in cars...
If we see the past except the duplicates (tons of MX-5s and GT-Rs etc)
we 'had' some strange concepts and some cars with origin Japan mainly who none wanted...
This is tradition for PD
