FORD is an American mfg, started in the US, then offsets went to UK & Australia
Well obviously. Doesn't mean I can't dislike UK and AUS specific models being marked as American when they weren't ever sold here.

GT7 NEEDS some V8 Supercars /Aussie Cars!

1994 Glen Seton Racing
1994 Dck Johnson Racing

You can find them Here:

Is there an option to throw a rock at Dicks car when driving around Bathurst?

Speaking of the older cars I was watching the Super Utes during the Adelaide round and it made me realise how much I loved watching the V8 Brute Ute series.

Had a little chat in the Aussie Car Wishlist thread.

Depends what cars would be used. PD would have to ask Rod Nash(part owner of Tickford Racing) for the racing car side of things. Plus, Supercars for the Intellectual Property. I’m not sure of the road car side of things with Falcon, Falcon Sprint, Falcon XR8, etc.
What do you mean it doesn't exist?

Who said it doesn’t exist? As per Aaron Noonan back in July 2024, chassis FTR 003 is being restored. It was wearing BA skins. Which chassis is in your photos? That one is pretty banged up. I’ve got pics I took of a #5 AU back in 2011 at Eastern Creek, but I don’t know what chassis it was.
Who cares about the exact chassis number? It looks the same.

It matters because of who owns the cars. Why aren’t they in the game and possibly licence or car condition, etc. of why we haven’t seen the Tickford or FPR AU XR8 ‘00 from previous GT games.

It probably just isn't high on PD radar, same could be said for any other car that was in previous games and aren't in GT7 (yet). Even if the car isn't finished being restored yet they can still model it based off reference images as they did the same with the Escudo which IIRC doesn't exist anymore atleast not in the same state from what I could tell as it did in 1998.

It was done before and depends on the brands name.
For example in GT2 there was Vauxhall and Opel - offering the same cars, but being coded as different brands and regions.
So as long as it bears the name "Ford", it will be a US listed car for GT, but I think it would be much more likely not be listed this way at all when it is not present on the US market.

Since 1.54 rolled out, I get freezes in game menu here and there. Yesterday when I exited Sport Mode, the game froze for 5 minutes with the Sport Mode screen greyed.

I went to PS5 home screen and back, was able to navigate other menus and functions of PS5 but GT7 was stuck.

It finally unstuck itself without rebooting the game or the PS5.

Happened to me the other day too while exiting GT Auto.

Anybody experienced the same issues ?

Any hint about what I could do to get rid of these freezes ?
Had this yesterday when opening a ticket; black screen, music still playing but nothing else happened. I ended up closing game via home menu and reloading. When I loaded back in, all 3 tickets I'd opened were back in my items. I'm on Ps5, disk

Is the roulette system bugged? I have hit the daily marathon since the update and have only received 3 star tickers so far.
just a bad streak... 3 and 4* are the most probable tickets you'll get (it is a bit improved by collector level but only up to CL 20)

In that particular example, I'd much rather have Opel, especially if we get one of the DTM racers.

I'm level 50. 3 stars used to be quite rare with 4 being the most common. It has now been 3 stars every day since the update.

Another one here with three 3 star tickets this past week, thought it was odd but now with these posts it seems like an issue. Also, got four invites these past two weeks. Go figure. Been playing daily since about a month now.

It's not, just bad streak. I've been collecting 3 stars all november, before the update, and have got some better ones since the update (and other 3 stars of course)

I used to get high value tickets all the time. Now it’s been mainly 3 & 4 stars for the past two updates.

You've been lucky before then. You should receive ~90% of 3 and 4* at collector level 50

I was high rolling since I cracked open the game on debut. Guess PD finally said enough.
I do find it interesting how the game at times give you lucky streaks or has that rare moment where you get extremely lucky with a car and then says "ENOUGH". For instance, GT7 is the second game in a row where I ended up with one of my first High Credit cars from the LCD from the Daily Roulette and, Just like with GT Sport, It was a Jaguar. Has never happened again.

Yeah, I had some crazy streaks in 2023.
January 5, the day I got the FXX K, it was appraised at 1,777,000. A week later, it’s up to 2,128,650.
Only 161km. No wall rubs from the one race I did at Tokyo. One race at La Sarthe. All tyre compounds except CH, CM, RM, RS.

Again, real shame we can’t gift or at least the cars go into a pool of some kind, when sold.

Well, sold the FXX K for 2.2mil. Spun my DWG and landed on this:

Sold it. Graph showed it was 2.5mil yesterday. I think it’s the quickest and easiest 4.7mil I ever made.

We're still expecting "wins" at the roulette table? It just dawned on my how fitting it is to call it "roulette".

The house ALWAYS wins.

Personally, I see the workout ticket as the bonus it is, rather than something I put a lot of emotional investment in. While it is nice to get stuff like engines, Stage 5 Weight Reductions, or expensive cars on rare occasions, I'm quite fine with the fact that almost anything you'd like in-game can be acquired with credits at any time. All we really need is a re-worked invite system - or the removal of it - and that'd be perfect.

How about a rework of the UCD/LCD too while they're at it. You can't buy those cars "any time".

I get why they'd do that, though - to keep players coming back. I think as a compromise, I'd let you select the color of a given car in the UCD/LCD, rather than wait forever for a certain model to come in a certain color. Especially if you're waiting for a lower-mileage example in the UCD...
