False. We need the US-spec S13 240SX "Onevia," both in SOHC and DOHC variety, and the US-spec S14 240SX (both a and b variants, thank you). The KA24 has a completely different attitude and power curve than the CA18DE featured in the S13Qs in the game, and we don't have any NA S14s.

Okay Dwight... lol.

You have the S13, S14 and S15s in game, and the S13 is available with the CA18 and SR20 in Ks, Qs and other variants. You also have engine swaps for all of them and the ability to tune it to whatever power level you want. The KA was an over-square truck motor that only went into the S-chassis to fit US regulations. It was never intended for it, and while it's a fine motor, it's not the one people want.

There are thousands of cars that could be added to the game that are wholly original to it, and aren't derivative of cars that already exist in game. You not only got your cake and ate it, you're licking the frosting container and complaining that it's not enough.

I want wholly new cars in the game, not carbon copies of cars we already have that only a rare few would appreciate the minute differences of (R32 GTR vs R32 Nismo anyone?). How 'bout an Audi RS3, RS6 or recent generation R8? The Hyundai Elantra/Kona/i30 N, or even the ionic 5N? The new WRX, new Integra (though it is mechanically similar to the CTR, it's still a completely unique car), Ariel Atom/Nomad, Ferrari 296.... I mean, I could go on all day. There are so many worthy options that have no relation to cars we already have access to.

We don't need niche specific versions of cars that already exist ad-nauseum, we need new experiences. I'm not a huge fan of VGTs, but I'll take a whole bunch of them over a version of an existing car that is literally no different than the ones before it.

Imagine this or any other oldschool, loved gran turismo track for that matter, alongside a new time trial to go along with it 🤯
Imagine Autumn Ring but it's no longer Autumn. That seems to be PD's idea of original tracks nowadays. I mean as much as I do like the new GV, it was a bit too much of a redo. It's a completely different circuit now.

And when most say that want the old tracks back, they usually don't want them changed as drastically as GV was.

Fair, i like the "new" GV but yeah, doesn't resemble the old track much. I love those old tracks for the nostalgic Value and pretty much knowing them by heart

That logic doesn’t work though as it’s more of a valley now than it originally was.

I don't see why the difference is a bad thing, but this is just my view.

Just as Trial Mountain has been updated across the Gran Turismo series (I don't recall seeing any posts on these forums about the lack of jump from the original Arcade version of the track) I would expect the same thing to happen with any "classic" track from the history of Gran Turismo to get updates.

Grand Valley Highway happens to be my favorite track in Gran Turismo 7, but that's just me. I loved the old version and love the new one. Each deserves a place and I'd no sooner bash Grand Valley Highway for being different than the original any more than I would bash the original for having sub-PS5 graphics.

Granted, this is just my opinion.

I think maybe you missed the point here a bit. It's not that GV is more applicable to its name now, it's about the track having been changed drastically enough to where the circuit feels too different to what players know and expect of the name Grand Valley hence why I used an Autumn less Autumn Ring as an example.

Like Apricot Hill without the apricots?

Just round out all of the original GT1 tracks before gt8
Including R11 + Midfield
And we're good 👍

Maybe a Hi-Fi mode while we're at it 🤪

R246, sugo and the rest of the the GT500 tracks (and cars) for good measure

We need the Summer Ring, the Spring Ring and the Winter Ring. In addition to Grand Mountain, Shallow Forest and Trial Valley.

Extremely excited for the Jimny, personally.

Just as an FYI, the Sierra isn't the "international" model. They're both sold in Japan as things like that always have been. You've been able to get a kei class Jimny and a "wider" Jimny with a larger motor since 1977.

Or without the apes.
Apricots together strong!

I'm keen for a Vivaldi's Four Seasons of rings, but I thought the rings GT already had corresponded to Wagner's Ring cycle.

Das Rheingold (High Speed Ring)
Die Walküre (Autumn Ring)
Siegfried (Cape Ring)
Götterdämmerung (Nürburgring)

edit: Of course, we'll need two of those rings to be added back to the roster. The three additional antitracks would be very confusing, but probably still less confusing than if PD were to add 'Swiss Alps - Green Forest Roadway' to fit the current dirt track naming conventions.
