Time to shift focus to the new machines! Practice will be tomorrow night for Suzuka. I may also be on tonight for anyone who wants to sneak on...

I would like to sign up...thanks for the post Flip and Miata on the punch list. Looking for a late night SWMBO friendly series. Number 27. What car do you need the most other than a Sirocco (private joke!!)

Great to hear from you again, Ned! The only car on the list that is off limits (unless someone decides to change their mind) is the Mazda RX - 8. We already have a lot of them. Everything else is all good!

Edit: Tonight's a practice night if you can make it.

So happy to see you back :-). Although you missed a lot of shenanigans from Vel unfriendly to me ;-) @VELOCI_2NR Muhahahhaa

I love that kid :-)

Hey guys, I'm not going to get on tonight until about 12:00. So I will not be able to start a room until then. If someone is keen on starting one before then, then go ahead and do so. But I will not get on until later on tonight.

Sorry to miss last night but I'm out of action due to my stupid body doing me in due to all the walking in St. Pete Indy and PWC races. The guy I went with is a new guy racing fan who owns a tech company and drives a Bentley GT and a CTS-V. He bought Caddy VIP tix which turned out to be the purchase of the century...3 day admission, 3 day paddock, hot lap with Caddy Driver in the ATS-V, and a couple of 90 MPH "pace Laps" in his CTSV , AND VIP seats (catered) for 125 each (25 bucks less than general admission...talk about a a lucky deal). I wore out my feet walking 5 miles with him in the rain on Friday (he had to see EVERYTHING) in my Bass Weejuns (not walking shoe's) and I have 5 toes with no apparent skin on them (top and bottom)...thus no driving...Virtual or otherwise probably till next week. BRZ please....I'll let Euclid tune it. LOL.

# 27 please

Sounds like you had a good time though. I was supposed to go, I live in St Pete, but wore my kids out at Sebring the week before. You might be interested in the new iRacingMobile, you won't need your feet. Did you guys see that video today?

Race at Suzuka is on for tonight! Reminder that is a test event, so no points, and there will be no success ballast added after this race (btw, I need to test success ballast weights, I'll have those up before the next race.) All other rules that we have followed will apply.

I also have a addition to the rules I've mean meaning to add. We've had it happen a lot in the past, but now it will be in the rule set we have. If, for any reason, you leave the club lobby in between the end of the Qualifying Race and the Main Race, you will lose your starting position for the Main and will have to start at the rear.
Additionally, if a driver misses the Qualifying Race, but can get in the room, you will be allowed to race in the Main, again, from the rear of the field. These aren't new, they're just now being officially stated.

See you guys tonight!

Hi there, I'd like to give a try if it's still possible :)

Hopefully I'll be able to join tonight (but not 100% sure), with the Scirocco #87.

Welcome! If you can make it, we will have room tonight.

I'll try my best I've just left the office... I may miss the Q, in which case I'll start last.

EDIT: my bad, I misread the time (thought it was AM). I won't be able to do it then, it's in the middle of the night in France. Too bad :(

I may or may not be able to make the race tonight due to some scheduling issues for tomorrow with work. Other than that I'm good for the regular season starting next thursday!

Somebody , anybody...a tune for the BRZ please. I'll see if my paws can stand the strain.
I don't really have a good off the shelf tune for the BRZ. The tune I had was pre 1.12 and after running with it the stock Tune is better

@flip55 On your first draft of TC1 specs you had the Mazda with racing exhaust and the new card says Semi but HP/PP all remain the same, is this a typo or do I need to change?
Thanks

No worries, mate. Understood.

Just curious, are we allowed to improve body rigidity? I noticed on the 500 when I did my last oil change that it was highlighted yellow and said it was in need of or something, so I did a restore. I thought I read somewhere that it can negatively affect your handling also?

Any maintenance to your car is totally fine. I always check these things out on my car before I start the room up.
