I think my sarcasm detector is going off. Is it correct?GTS have cars and tracks, just like GT4!!! Disgusting!
Your sarcasm detector should explode because of overloadI think my sarcasm detector is going off. Is it correct?
Ah yes, the amazing Gamescom build that nobody else has seen with amazing AI, perfect framerate and more.
You haven't played. So I have no lessons to learn from you.
Hop "ignore".
It's going to be on both platforms. I'm not sure how they'd make it exclusive to one consoles since they're part of the same generation. Here'sa question. Is Gran Turismo Sport going to be exclusively The PS4 Pro or will be available for Both Consoles?(PlayStation 4/Playstation 4 Pro)
Your doubts are opinions by definition, because you don't have VR and have no experience with it..therefore opinions.I have doubts, which is different than opinions. So yeah, if those doubts are potential negative sides to this product, I'd like them to be clarified.
If someone is in the market for a tv and the 1080p is $800, if they can afford that, most likely they can afford the extra $200. If you are using your last $800 to buy the tv, you shouldn't be buying a tv. So the question becomes, "if I'm going to have this tv for several years, is it worth an extra $200 to "future proof" myself with 4K?". Given the massive numbers of 4k tv's on the market and their proliferation at any shop that sells hardware, I'd say a lot of people are saying yes to that question.A couple hundred bucks is still a lot of money... And it's not about comparing side-by-side their price, it's about spending extra money replacing a 1080p tv/monitor, for a 4k. Is it worth it if you alredy own a TV that's already good and in perfect conditions? Probably not. The advantages that you will get from it, are not that big.
You pointed out that people won't play VR for 3 hours straight based on what? What is your source? It's fairly simple. He brought up the point that he plays with VR for 3h straight, and I pointed out that, probably, not many people will be playing the same way as he does. The player base and the content available right now do not favour that type of technology to be used for extra long time. Maybe in a couple of years this changes, but right now, games for VR seem fairly limited, and the big names in the gaming industry are not fully focused on this feature, yet.
So what you are really saying is, someone who can't afford VR, who wouldn't be in the market anyway since they can't afford it, will have a different perspective than someone who can actually afford it? In that case, since they aren't a potential customer anyway, the person's perspective who can't afford it, is pretty much irrelevant isn't it?Affordability automatically changes the perspective of what's expensive or not. A rich person will have a different perspective of the price of a car, compared to a middle class person.
The PS4 Pro and the PS4 is still the same console, the Pro just has upgraded components.Think of it like a PC; You buy a game for your PC, it runs alright, then you buy a certain upgrade for it so that it runs the game better in some form. Its still the same computer, still plays the same game, just a little bit better. Here'sa question. Is Gran Turismo Sport going to be exclusively The PS4 Pro or will be available for Both Consoles?(PlayStation 4/Playstation 4 Pro)
If he says something interesting, why not?In Greek? Nice! Do you want me to translate the GT Sport part of the video?
GT Sport will run at 1080p, 60fps (no solid maybe) on PS4 vanilla.

Man, seems like just yesterday when you were saying journalists who had played the game weren't worth listening to.

Hope with the HDR, we can better see the dashboard, rpm counter, pop the white colour because i avoid the cockpit view on GT6 for being too dark
Looking pretty does not make it a modern game, independent studios with just a fraction of the budget made games wayPlease tell me how the game is still in the PS2 era?
I do reference to what Kaz said about colour, with the Mclaren paint etc, if it allow to see a deeper grade, so it s a good point, because there is the same issue with cockpit view on Gts, and it s not about resolutionHDR is probably even less important than 4K, very weird tech, I've seen comparison pics that make HDR look better, worse, more bright, darker, etc. I know it is better and a bit like using RGB full instead of limited but feel only few TVs out there do it correctly.
I do not think that an online FIA championship is PS2 era. How are they way ahead if I may ask? I mean other than damage which has not been shown yet I do not see how this game is PS2 era.Looking pretty does not make it a modern game, independent studios with just a fraction of the budget made games way
ahed of what GTS is as its shown right now.
Speaking in graphics, the independent studios do not have good replays. They are far behind in this area.Looking pretty does not make it a modern game, independent studios with just a fraction of the budget made games way

Did you see any of the FIA online? How many times did PD fail to deliver promised features? And last, bumper cars physics are still ok for a "sim" nowdays? Every time they show a live event "Pros" are pushing themselfs of the road with 0 consequence and calling that E-sport.I do not think that an online FIA championship is PS2 era. HDR cannot be demonstrated on a non-HDR screen. Any comparisons you've seen are pretty much worthless because they cant properly showcase what HDR offers. In fact, HDR mastering on a non-HDR screen will often look worse because the contrast differences just fall apart trying to be represented where it's not possible.HDR is probably even less important than 4K, very weird tech, I've seen comparison pics that make HDR look better, worse, more bright, darker, etc. I know it is better and a bit like using RGB full instead of limited but feel only few TVs out there do it correctly.
Until a racing-centric (or DF) page post something I treat it like just another PR crap. All this stuff coming out of London right now is quite interesting. Kaz is saying strange things, the VR mode seems decent and all this PS4 Pro info is great. Several articles are saying that GT Sport has most definitely changed for the better, which is good news and I'm all for it.
So bumper car physics is the only thing that makes it a PS2 era game? You did a really bad job of answering my question.Did you see any of the FIA online? @dimassa19, yes replays and scapes are a game changer in a racing game.
Realistic sound, changing time of day/weather, realistic damage is enough? Awww wait this game does not have it...So bumper car physics is the only thing that makes it a PS2 era game? You did a really bad job of answering my question.
