GT Sport (November) Update Theory Discussion

Nice list but why so many people want the older R8 LMS back? the current one we have its a step above techniclly.

To have all of GT6's GT3 cars after the bmw was added last update the Audi is the last one to complete the set. Also it looks better than the new one imo.

A track used for the Hungarian Grand Prix ....

I was sarcastic.....

It's great to see new tracks coming to GTS, but we need classic tracks :nervous:
Relax and be patient because for the FIA championship races it would make sense for PD to release real world circuits (as they have been told by the FIA here that
"The virtual circuits in Gran Turismo have been recreated in intricate detail. The track inspection for each was conducted by FIA officials who visited PDI’s development studio in Tokyo, where Gran Turismo 6 track models were accurately compared to FIA standards. Other tracks included in Gran Turismo 6 will be subject to inspection in order to obtain certification by the FIA in the near future".
for GT6).
Using the capabilities of the PS4 for GT Sport I believe the real world tracks can be created even more accurately.

Perhaps for next year we would get fan favorite fictional tracks like the "rumoured Deep Forest" that is being worked on, or maybe even Seattle who knows.......

I just wonder with the real circuits, if that's the same thing as when Kaz pointed out, it's more difficult to make fantasy cars over real ones.
I mean, sure, we could get an original track at any point. However, wouldn't scanning the track offer clearer data than just dreaming one up? Epsecially with the FIA looking at it.
Another point is introducing more real tracks from real world locations, like real cars. There are no Australian cars, yet we have an Australian track. No cars from Brasil, but a Brasil track, etc. I'm talking about PD pausing the Original tracks and to bring more real FIA approved tracks.

The Audi Team Phoenix variant is quite the looker no? Great livery there. Personally I’m not so fussed on it’s return but I’ve based my prediction on last months addition of the BMW M3 GT and the Megane Trophy we got a while
back.

As for older competition vehicles, there’s a ton of older Super GT cars that could be ported over. I’d love to see the HSV-10 come back. Such a sweet engine note!

True but looks dosen't justify its return . I would love to see older Super GT cars but as much as i love them i don't think thesecare going to return simply because of how GT Sport works it would reguire new classes something PD dosen't want for whatever resson. Im waiting on the LC500 tho.

Right, enough with the wishlists and "I'd like to see" posts.

Discussing what you think PD might bring in the October "anniversary" update is an entirely different concept from posting tracks and cars you want it to bring.

We have an entire forum for suggesting and, if already suggested, commenting on and liking content and features for GT games. That's here:

The Renault Gordini would compliment N100. We've been getting a few classic machines of late. Not to mention the previous and current Weekly races.

The last update, we got 4 classic cars. The one before that, we got 5 classic cars. before that, it was race heavy with a classic (race)car.
We have one Japanese and one Italian car, confirmed thus far. So, something French and something British, could be on order.

Well, the Renault R8 Gordini would be the only French classic car to realistically show up because that is the last premium classic French car from GT6.
As for classic British cars, I don't see any returning unless we get the Lotus Europas which were premium but GT Sport doesn't have the Lotus licensing I think.
We could get some new classic cars to the series like the De Tomaso but as French or British cars. And it is possible that standard model classic British or French cars can return like the Jensen Interceptor, Jaguar E-Type, or Citroen 2CV.
