GT Sport SVG request thread (Please read 1st post)

Hi me again

Any of you awesome people able to get the file size of this beauty down a few kb's beyond splitting it into two part, And if you want a challenge I'd love to get a mask version Though that isn't essential.

Hate to be a pain though, would it be possible to get the majenta logo without the black background? Should have asked at first but forgot to specify. If not then I can get the black square to work, will just need to mask around it.

This might seem a little selfish of me to ask this of anyone, I can accept that line of thought, but I am also incapable of converting any of these myself. Thing is, I'm not expecting them to be done all in one shot or even at all - I can live without them... I'm just thinking that anyone in the GT Sport community might enjoy these being available.

On it. All of them. But I have a question; in the future why don't you try to trace them yourself? Instead of doing the "conversion" which almost always end up looking bad? The learning process is fairly simple and we have a thread with tutorials, if you need deeper help I'm in for helping you understanding how it works on a deeper level. Think about it.

Got them done*; all but this one:



GT Sport won't recognize gradient decals made in Affinity Designer.

*a few needs to be ran by SVGOMG, I only focused on making them as fast as I could, so if you could be so kind and do the SVGOMG'ing yourself. Text really makes decals huge. I didn't bother hand tracing all of the text here and there to save time.


EDIT: Whoops. Forgot Weld Racing and I'm 99,9% sure Edelbrock Racing has already been done.

I have made some, the number plate is done, and I started working on the numbers but never got so far as to complete the set. And I have plans to make more, but I don’t know when. Made the complete decal set for the Laguna, though.

Oohhh. And I misread you in the other post. I didn’t make that one because of the gradients. Then the guy who helps you with that one could just make two for you then, one with car facing left one with car facing right

Yep, well aware. I told you a few were too big and I focused on making them quickly so I didn’t run them by SVGOMG and told you to do it yourself. to quote myself even further: it’s because of all the text.

Not 100 % sure what you mean. I've made 3, which are...
1- Gold gradient similar to picture
2- Solid color to use as background which you could have any color.
3- A gradient of transparency which you could also use any color.
Using 3 on top of 2 can give many different looks.

Not sure what would qualify as "official" looking font but try these.

It would be great if you could up load these yourself. Just unzip the masks.zip file and go to https://www.gran-turismo.com
Log in with your PSN id and use the decal uploader. They then appear on your PS4 in game. The ability to change color and resize is allowed by default, these options can be switched off when you share them with others.
Note when you unzip make sure they are extracted and are 5 individual files to upload. Double clicking the zip file and dragging them to the uploader will not work as they are still compressed.

Yeah, yeah, I know - I ask a lot... Seriously, I hate being a pain in the a**, but I am good at it, so here goes!

Ever since I was 13 I have been a fan of Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy and Douglas Adams books in general. I would like to make a car livery as a tribute to the books but I would require far more decals than what I am presenting. I will make something on the simpler side that really only tributes the first book of the 5 book trilogy!

If the background on the first one can be erased in any way, that would be appreciated.
