MR2? Can buy one for how much a PS4 and seat / wheel set up costs. What's the point of putting one of those in. Much rather a flat nose porsche!!

This one?

It's a Subaru from the front. The dead giveaway that it's the TT car is the racing sunstrip on the windshield.

Almost 4 years ago. If it was actually PD team and not a TT Isle of Man game team, then this track is probably on the back burner, since it's not really usable in FIA Championships and needs a lot of work.
Awww man! Guess I thought wrong then, haha. :D Thank you for the reply btw.

OK, My opinions on the pack. Or at least what has been widely accepted so far.

Old Alpine - This could be a really fun car to blast around the dirt tracks, especially since they fixed the dirt handling.

Aventador - I used to love this car but now my opinion has soured on it. Still looking forward to driving it if I get it in a prize spin.

TT WRX - I can take it or leave it.

Mk3 Supra - My favourite Supra. Although I think it would better suit a game with a bit more customization, I'm pleased it's here.

Drift BRZ - Don't really care.

Pantera - Easily the car I am most excited for. I have never experienced it in a racing game and it is one of my favourite classic supercars. If the price isn't astronomical, I'll definitely be picking this up.

R8 - I like that the old R8 is being added, although if it was the V10, I'd prefer that they added the new gen. But if it were the V8, that would be a different story. Nice addition.

Mustang - I've never liked the '71 Mustangs, I would've preferred a '69 or '70 Mustang but more classic Muscle is fine in my book.

SW20 - I'm actually really excited for this thing. I think this would be a fun little car, and if they add the GTS, it could be a little Pocket Rocket. My second-favourite car in the pack.

Modern Alpine - I mean it's cool and it is the first game to appear in (correct me if i'm wrong) but I just prefer the old Alpine's looks. But a nice addition.

Challenger - I've always liked the Challenger. It'll be terrible to drive but eh, I don't care. I like that there are 2 classic Muscle cars in the pack.

97T - This thing was mental in GT6, probably going to be too expensive, But I'll happily take it if it is won in a spin. There could also be some cool classic F1 livery recreations too. Good Addition.

Overall, this looks very promising. The quality of cars that has been added to this game has been really good imo, more than the Forza 7 car packs so far, that's for sure.

So it isn't the 2005 Spec? Interesting... But it sits too high to be the Isle Of Man car. I think it could be a rally car of the current model. Introduction of Group A Rally perhaps?

The second car in the middle row is most likely the DeTomaso Pantera as has been pointed out. Note the orange front blinker on the silhouette which seems to be a match.

Hooray! A much needed classic for the GT series! I will go straight to it in the dealer.

A few other observations:
The modern and classic Alpine A110. What a blast it will be to compare the cars.
Dai Yoshihara's drift car. Please don't put it in Group X PD, put it in Group Drift because you're putting Forsberg's car in the game too.
Senna's Lotus. I thought Kaz said that there weren't going to be open wheelers in GT Sport. Oh dear. He now looks a bit stupid. But does that really matter when you're being given a fire-spitting turbo F1 car from the 80's?

How can they introduce the Lotus race car and not the Elise or Evora? This is torture.

Different companies and rights holders!

I agree it is most likely down to the rights. The current owner of Lotus changed not so long ago I think so there may be difficulties arising due to that? The impression i got in the last game with the 98T was that the rights for this car seem to be controlled by the Senna Foundation possibly or by F1 and not by the owners of Lotus Cars.

It's Classic Team Lotus that owns rights to old Lotus F1 cars.

Im pretty sure many here are saying the Impreza is the Isle Of Man one, for me however im not convinced that it is that one since the grille of the car looks more similar to the old Impreza..... however the Windshield banner on the car has me believe this could be an old Impreza Rally Car, but thats just what i think

Some are saying the last is 97T and Some 98T. Can somebody clarify which it might be and what is the difference?
Last one is 98T, its build from the 97T.
98T got around 100bhp more, and some other prototype stuff like, micro fuel control system. It is one of the most powerful engine ever used in f1. It was also the final Lotus powered by a Renault engine, as Lotus switched to Honda.

Interesting, thanks. I suppose Team Lotus owns the rights to older F1 cars like the Lotus 49 as well. I'd pay top dollar for a DLC pack that included 1960s F1 cars and historic versions of tracks like Watkins Glen, Brands Hatch, Rouen, Spa, and Monza.

WSR open-wheeler with ~200HP
I LOVED that car in GT6, had so many epic races with it online :bowdown::bowdown:

I‘m both hyped for the update and again a little disappointed, I really like the car selection but it‘s useless :boggled:

We need route x. Tokyo East is too bumpy for a true top speed run.
Yatabe would be even cooler to have :D

I only recall Kaz saying open wheel race cars wouldn’t be in the base launch game when asked if there were any, not that they couldn’t or wouldn’t include them in the future.

Hope they’re already modeling Senna’s MP4/4. :D
