Indeed. I love how T10 showed pictures of the Ferrari 458 long before the game was out, yet admitted that it wouldn't come with the game.
I got no problem with DLCs, as long as it isn't bloody obvious they are just holding back content so that they can charge for it later. đź‘Ž

Yeah, or they locked other great cars unless you were a VIP member đź‘Ž Idk it really bugs me that with the select few cars they have, why not give the fans everything they want?

You know the answer to that question...

No, it means Microsoft wants money.
It has nothing to do with the nationality, i know enough really arrogant and stupid Japanese developer studios.

PD wants money. Thats why they are selling a complete game, unlike Turn 10's tactics of DLC. Which is more ethical to you? (saying a bussiness wants money is redundant)

If Kaz didn't have a dream, there would be no Gran Turismo. Fulfilling Kaz's dream means more than making an extra buck off of someone elses genius idea

I think the T10 DLC also serves as "refreshers" for peoples attention, let's face it with GT looming in the near distance, T10 is gonna have to find ways to keep at least a few eyes on them.

Yes yes, not only a product but an Accomplishment.

But the Nordschleife seems to be still very simplified version, without real grass which other tracks have, without many sections of the country already visible in other games including FM3 and practically without any changes from GT4.

It is their physics testing station, as you can see it is missing paddle shift animation and probably a whole bunch of things.

Watch when he does that jump after the straight (min 2:25) and the car bounces, Looks likes some Major Changes to the suspension physics. Before the car would just belly flop back to the floor after landing from a jump.

Also the movement of the car looks very very similar to that of the ISF videos of Kaz on the nurburgring in real life.

How can you possibly tell that from a standard quality internet video?

Man, people always looking for something to complain about...

I saw grass there! ;)
If you look closely, you can see it, while he drives through "Fuchsroehre" to "Adenauer Forst".

I can even see every single hair on Kazs head, mybe its just me seeing things in a blury SD internetvideo.... :D

There is two other videos on their channel from what seems to be the TGS tour.

"And this one is if you are... Sleeping under your desk" hahahahhahaha

Someone noticed that the sense of speed is greater than in prologue? Maybe it's a consequence of the narrow track of the nordschleife, but when you hit 200kph in London, you feel like you're reaching 100kmh and the track is narrower than nurburgring, but in the video, when KY reaches 240kph the scenery became blurred and seems like he is going really fast.

Don't mention that word ever again, please xD. I can't stand nfs shift anymore! Oh I forgot, I sold it. Thank God.

To tell the truth I really can't see any blurring; it's probably just the video compression. The better sense of speed is most likely caused by the trackside trees (see, realistic trees are important!;)). In any case, nice driving KY! :D

Seeing as someone already commented on this,
  • Yes, tires really do squeal.
  • Yes, the scenery flashing past really does blurs when you reach speeds of as little as 35kph.
Reality is funny that way. ;)

However, sense of speed seems to be hyped in most racing games. I tooled around in the F1 car in Prologue at a steady 70 mph, and the scenery passed by the same way it does on the highway in real life at that speed. I'd say that this is the way it's going to be in GT5 because that's the way it is. And for the record, I thought the speed visuals in Prologue were about right.

Yes, awesome!

In my opinion sence of speed problem is connected with area of view when you drivinig IRL and aov in games..

irl aov it's like 160 when game is onlylike 90.. so we feel slower because we can't see fast moving object on our left and right.

We can't feel fast if we can't see fast moving objects...

Sence of speed is perfect but actually technology (displays) keep our sances of "fast feeling"

I don't remind you also that wide tracks like suzuka and somo driver positions are killing sence of speed too..
