Here's something useful, apart from Google, of course...

The short answer is 5 am Central European Time is 11 pm on Monday in New York.

That site has not helped me one bit when it comes to timezones. I know how to convert but it's that people only give abbreviations and one abbreviation usually represents multiple timezones. So I don't use that site anymore.

But thanks for the useful info. :)

Looks like some of those are really from Spec2.0...

Notice the 2011 on the upper corner from the home screenshot... in GT5 actually its 2010... in this shot, its 2011...

If that last photo IS 2.0 nice. Dunno if anyone noticed it but it said 35mil in the cash flow not the standard 20mil cap.....

It just means you'll have to pay for DLC with real cash and max credits. Possibly.

"Now grind away 🤬 's!"

Where do you see the 35 Million ? I can't find it.
But I do think these are 2.0 Shots, PD could of easily put it out on purpose or on accident.
Edit: Now I see it, that's Pre Release, so it's not 2.0

35 Million credits there are probably Yen. In-game currency is different depending on region, or at least different for the Japanese version of the game.

I wonder if DLC will be revealed tomorrow or when the Spec 2.0 update gets released? They did say soon.

I would love a reveal like the one they used in GT5:P

Imagine.......you download Spec II and when you open the dealership and go to a manufacturor there is a new car there.......but you cant see what the car is yet.....it's just a sheet dropped over the car teasing the shape but not giving you any more detail :) Then on the day the DLC goes live the sheet is gone and you can see and purchase the car. :)

Wait, who says there's a rewind feature in the update? Am i missing something here?

Rewind/Fast Forward is for Replay.

As for the DLC details - i hope 'pack' means multiple. I'd be disappointed to see just 1 car up for download :D

The "i" button is not just an ordinary i, typographically it looks like the common information symbol. Like this:

So yes, the odds for the button being some sort of info button are extremely low.

Of course, you could argue the whole (final) UI in game is still a photoshop. ;)

Well, it's pretty easy. How can you design a user interface without using photoshop, or a similar software? Especially those icons are very rare to find in nature.

Well, I guess I'll add a little random speculation to the fire...
Although it more than likely is just some mundane thing. But what GLW said in post # 77 really made sense. If I had to bet I might put my money on that thing being an internal game access console sort of thing.
Anyway, to the random speculation:
What if it's new stats for the players?

I am really looking forward to getting back into GT5 in a big way. Now that [stuff] is really happening, and it looks like this game will become the active, awesome game it was meant to be... The potential is really huge and it looks like they finally mean business.

Go GT5!

If these are spec II screenshots, what has changed in the UI than?

If it is just the two buttons it wasn't really worth mentioning in the new featurelist.
I was kind of assuming that the main GT life screen would change

This 👍 :)

It's a very old screenshot for one, and like I said, it's probably just in Yen, considering that the car is just a Ford Focus ST, it implies that the player isn't that deep into their career as yet.

What time zone are they releasing this Spec II update? Japanese time or what? I'm in the US (Central Time Zone) I hope we are going by Japanese time, cause that mean I can get it a bit sooner. So excited for this update to see what it brings and improves.

First screen - DLC list
Second - access to latest news form GT Life screen

UI redesign does not mean that they changed every menu in game. For me GT Life screen is ok but I think they redesigned tracks menu and seasonals menu, maybe some tweaks in garage and items. Also if we will get some new events redesign of A and B-Spec menu is a must.

But that's just my prediction.
