It looks like they didn't really done anything to the cars(the ones that were carried over from GT5) at all, but then again...this picture does little justice for me to determine weather or not the cars look better or have been untouched during GT6's development.
I'm a bit confused, since you kinda contradicted yourself there.

"It looks like they didn't really done anything to the cars..."
"does little justice for me to determine..."

So which is it?

5 pages= 41/50 tracks, ONLY with world tracks we have approximately 40 layouts.
Fuji (2), Suzuka (3), Daytona (2), Tsukuba (1), Nürburgring (5), Indy (2), Monza (2), Laguna Seca (1), Silverstone (4), Mount Panorama (1), Brands Hatch (2), Willow Springs (2), Goodwood (1), Ascari Race Resort (3), Spa (1), Motegi (4), La Sarthe (4).
The number of layouts is theoretical, compared to this list there could be more (eg. Monza Junior, Tsukuba short).
You seem to have misunderstood me, refer to my second post:
I think you can use R1/L1 to switch between world/original etc. and you use the d-pad to go further right to select the rest of the tracks in the catagory.

Too small to see? I can see them perfectly!

You do? I'm not talking about the headlights, but about the LED's just underneath, like this:

If you can clearly see them in this picture...

... then good for you, but I'm not so certain. They might be on or off, I just can't tell.
And because of that, I don't think the picture above has a very high evidence value when it comes to how the lights work in GT6.

You're free of course to think that it does, but that doesn't convince me.

I'm sorry, I had not seen the post.

BTW, I don't see icons that indicate sideways scroll and in other cases where there is a selection with R1 and L1 conceptually there isn't a change of category... for example see the image of the Lamborghini dealer.

I hope I was clear, in any case in a few weeks we will know the truth. :D

I see a yellow number on the right of its windshield. That's definitely the V8 Supercar from GT3.

You've got some eyes I can't see all that.
No think about it, Jimmie could make an appearance in the game like Jeff did in Gran Turismo 5.

so could my right pinky toe, but just like Jeff Gordon and Vettel being in GT5 it wouldn't mean anything great or special. It's just a nice perk to put on the box and hype the game. I think Senna will be given proper treatment that we wished for in the other two.

If you look at the Lambo dealership picture, there is both a scroll icon on the side as well as a L1 + + R1 up top (just like the track picture we're talking about). WHy would they have that inside a dealership for a singular manufacturer?
So I'm guessing the icon is for scrolling and the L1/R1 Is for...? Switching between Premium and Standard even though they are no longer differentiated in the game?
Or it's really just L1/R1 to scroll left right and no dpad scrolling.

I'm still not done with it. I can't be bothered to do the endurance events or finish the red bull x1 challenge.

I still have both 24 hour Le Mans and Nurburgring to finish as well as the GT Rally and the Sebastian Loeb Rally Challenge (the Chamonix section is a 🤬 to complete).

I still want to know what, or rather 'how', the KW 7-post rig plays into GT's Tuning. I see in the screens posted from the screen-shot gallery that there's 'Soft' & 'Hard' Suspension options outside of the Fully-Custom option (replacing 'Fixed' & 'Sports' ?), but nothing hinting at the actual rig existence itself, no options or anything, just the 'KW' logo in the bottom corner.

If it is just a gimmick and not an actual 'tool' for the development & testing of suspension-setup, I'd be rather disappointed after they got my hopes up with the announcement.

(in-before "It's not out yet quit hating!" ;))

I'd think it's just 10 cars per page in dealerships and you press R1 or L1 to go through the pages.

Strictly speaking; sort-of, ish, kind-of ;). GT5's numbers, taken on their own, are very impressive. It's only when you compare it to the other games in the series that it seems less good - or when you take into consideration how many of those sales were the discounted XL version.

I've said it before in other threads though; the main concern I'd have with GT6's sales aren't actually that centered on the lukewarm critical reception of GT5, though that certainly should be taken into consideration. The PS4 launching three weeks earlier, and the main console-based competitor a week after that (on a next-gen system) might affect it. The obvious counter to that is that for the established install base, $60 is a drop in the bucket compared to spending a few hundred on the new systems. But for those looking to buy the new systems this month, I imagine the lure of buying a racing game for the "old" PS3 the following month is greatly diminished. GT6 faces a release date with more complications than any previous title in the series has - so it's just as complicated to come up with some estimates.
The good news is that that advertising neglect I was originally mentioning, has most certainly been addressed. Finally a launch trailer and with the updates to the GT site, the prerelease buzz is looming now more than ever. Finally it seems as if Sony is not only releasing a platform but, quietly they are also releasing one of there more important and profitable titles at the same time. Fortunately for us GT6 fans we don't have invest in a :bowdown:PS4 to enjoy in this one at least.

Faster scrolling maybe? Remember the shortcuts in GT4? I sure hope they bring that back. Makes for easier navigating.

PD may have just used that data from the 7 post rig (or K&C rig) to analyse how well their physic models compare to real life data. It probably won't play any major role in the game itself other than checking to see what they model in the game will happen.

Any ideas about the 2014 SuperGT 500 machines? If they are certain to be DLC next year ( after next seasons liveries are revealed), will this open the door for 2014 DTM cars AND GrandAm cars to debut in GT6?

I don't see how SuperGT would "open the door" to other series. Especially one that no longer exists.
There were roumors about DTM and GT500 rules being the same in 2014.
I don't know if this is still the case or if this is what he means.
