I might have missed the discussion but, does anyone know what happened to the Gran Turismo 350Z RS? It's not in NISMO, NISSAN or in Gran Turismo listings.

This one?
159 Amuse/Opera Performance GRAN TURISMO 350Z RS

No. The one you could buy in the Gran Turismo NCD with the X1, Ford GT TEST CAR, GO KARTS

Well, if it's missing from the GT5 list on GT.com and it was in GT5 and it was premium then I can only assume it's in the game.

I hope. Its one of the original Tuned cars from GT5P. Plus, its a fun to drive car.

This is interesting. The GT5P Tuned car list above, names the GT 350Z RS as Amuse/Opera but this is the Opera 350Z below.

Pretty sure that's this one:

770 NISMO Fairlady Z S-tune concept by GRANTURISMO (Z33) ’02

Same name on GT5 list too. Although it has to be said, I thought in game it was sold under the GT brand yes.

The S-Tune is only silver with silver Factory Rays alloys.

That is in fact the Amuse/Opera GRAN TURISMO 350Z RS, it was built under a partnership between Amuse, Opera Performance and PD, that is why it is listed as a Gran Turismo car in GT5.

Cheers to UnitOne for the DA link!

Edit: If the DA image doesn't work just click the image box to expand it and it will load.

Guys.. http://konzolista.tiscali.cz/articles/onearticle?link=gran-turismo-6-informace-177222

"Každý vůz byl vytvořen s neuvěřitelnou péčí k detailům, a tak si můžete být jisti, že všechny automobily vypadají, znějí a jezdí jako jejich reálná předloha."

translated:

"Every car was created with incredible care of every detail and therefore you can be sure that every car looks, sounds and drives like in real life"

What you think? Just PR or it is based on something what they really did? :P

You are correct. PD need to correct the name in the game. Anyways, the car isnt missing. Thanks for clarification from everyone.

I think is this in photo (is in Gran Turismo delearship...), with changed names, as correctly noted 05XR8.

In GT6 LIST:

159 - Amuse/Opera Performance GRAN TURISMO 350Z RS

Considering how abruptly it was removed, I assume PD was under a lawsuit menace from the current right holder. Thing will eventually get sorted in the future, but it will possibly take more than just a few days.
Like it did with the kart track in GT5?

Considering the Piazza del Campo antecedent you would imagine PD licensing team to be more careful with their contracts. The same kind of precaution that made me use the word “eventually”.:nervous:

Edit: I'm surprised no one has the space man yet.

I believe TouringMars owns the license for this.:D

I wounder if they'll put the Nova on a dyno and the 7 pot.

So let me get this straight...those stars are now single races in career mode? So now in Novice mode we have 24 races (circuits) to win? I don´t know if that´s enough or not but is it more in contrast to GT5? How many races/events GT5 had in Beginner Mode?

3 stars per race.

I think every three stars is a race. 1st place earns you three stars, 2nd place earns you two, and 3rd earns you one.

Tree'd

And that is only 8 races in novice mode. Really not enough. When I remember, in GT3 was in first mode so many races, about 50-60 maybe more... I really don't know why they are doing Carier mode so short.

What??? Damn! So now we only have 8 (x3=24 stars) races in Novice/Beginner Mode? Damn! Another small number of events (like in GT5) will kill me! :(

It's probably due to the idea that people don't have the time to sit through games any longer like they did years ago. It's not really the case, but if RPGs can continue pushing out 20/40/60+ hour campaigns, I don't see why Gran Turismo has to suddenly cut out most of the content in terms of single player.

I thought the stars were some kind of points system and you had to earn them in order to be able to do license tests for the next level.

Don't worry about number of events, we'll see if possible increase number of events which show little more enjoy to play, race, or whatsoever.

Talk to someone else about it I guess. I don't feel like doing this endless circle with you. I countered one point about you claiming they showed nothing significant about GT6. I proved they have. Then you change the talking point. I'm good. Have a nice day.

You still have to show proof, of this claim, I'd like to see and other would to. Also AUP dictates that you can't just make a claim like you've done with out giving a source. Where are these aero replications?

Just PR talk.

Exactly.

My problem with GT5 was that it really seemed like many of the events just seemed to be over too quickly and could have been better with more races. You could have had one-make series like what we've had with GT2 through GT4, but like the One-Make races in GT5... you had just one event. I wouldn't mind racing a lot of courses and actually feeling like I'm in a deep championship or series of races. The star system sort of reminds me of "Need for Speed SHIFT" (the first one, of course), where you would earn three stars if you won the race.

We don't know what to expect with the lineup of races for GT6, but I'm hopeful the lineup of races will be interesting. If the races DON'T end up being interesting, then you can hark back to the days of races like the Megaspeed Cup (GT1) and races like that in GT history. At least that would mean great memories- like whipping everybody elses' butts with my 930 hp Mitsubishi 3000GT/GTO on High Speed Ring and Test Course. Those were the days...
