Just this morning I was in search of a Rebel-clean version, to replace my rusty. First one I came across had the bull bar. As I was driving it back, I came across the baja-bar. I stopped and grabbed it .... I thought it looked nicer.
In the mod shop I thought it cool that the secondary color changed the coloring of "4X4 Rebel" on the rear fenders. Love the stock rims .... but cant add the white lettering. I went with all chrome tuner-rims, with the smaller lettering.
Really nice looking truck ..... I'd have a pic, but SC and GTAO decided to nuke itself around 12 noon EST.

Bad news guys, I have to go to the salvage yard tomorrow so won't be around for the meet. So, I'm thinking we postpone it until next weekend that way we have more time to get people signed up since we have less than the ideal 12 I would like to have for the races.
I'll be on later this afternoon though, maybe do some trail running with the cage-less Merryweather Mesa.

Your Dubsta was left behind though. That reminds me, KingJosh did that trail last night with me and Kitten and he was driving the old station wagon with the luggage on the roof. Then I got dive bombed by an airplane and survived, not sure how that happened.

So I did the "Dirt Road" mission online and see Trevors truck there. How do I get to keep it? Couldn't put it in my garage during the mission and if you cancel the mission it just puts you back in a personal vehicle.

That's interesting. Guys on Youtube just drive it into the garage during the mission. Maybe R* patched it?
You could try finishing the mission while sitting in the car. I noticed it usually spawns you in the car when you get to freeroam after the mission. Or someone could dupe it for you.

I'd have loved a Uaz! The Citreon Mehari which the Kalahari is based on has 605cc flat 2 engine in real life... BEAST! I think Los Santos Customs have got their work cut out

I wasn't expecting the Kalahari to be much good at hill-climbing... I mean, it's a beach pack. The beach isn't generally associated with steep, rocky inclines.

Good point, but to quote Rockstar 'the rugged Canis Kalahari off-road truck' perhaps their definition of rugged differs from mine. Hey oh still looking forward to giving it some stick on the trails.

Tried driving it in, wouldn't let me. Also finished the mission in it, afterwords I spawned in my personal car.

Just drive it in your garage and fail the mission. Go back to your garage and it should be there.
