Eating a late lunch at ArmyNavy, a local Burger/Burrito place, and the missus nudges me.

"What?"

She said: "Last Christmas."

Sure enough, there it was, playing in the background. Not even a modern cover, the full fat real deal Whamination.

And that's the first time we've eaten there in months.

Christ. I've got to find better places to eat. But no one else has bean and guacamole veggie burritos around here.

Oh well....

If this goes anything like the last few years, chances are my demise will be an incidental commercial for Christmas music CDs playing on TV while I'm visiting my parents for the holidays. Not a whole lot I could do to avoid that fate, as my parents surely wouldn't want me to obsessively silence/turn off the TV every time I'm in hearing range
