Unzips fine for me - it looks clean to me but I want Sphinx or Vaxen to check it out too - the only part I'm looking closely at is in Lap 1 just after T1 you drift into the grass on the right a bit but I think you have 2 tires on - then the rumble strip on the lefthand side directly between the 2 hairpins you cut very closely - again I think you keep 2 tires on the rumble strip from what I can see using the bumper cam for the car in front of you. I think this is fine so let's see what one of them has to say about it. Nice job by the way.

3 Wheels off immediately prior to the yellow rumble strip in the center of the infield. While the yellow rumbles are part of the track, the dirt between the white boundary and the yellow rumble is not.

I believe the mistake was innocent, but was seen on both laps 1 & 2.

Thank you gentlement.👍 I looked at this about ten times and sincerely concluded that I did have two on the track, but I would submit it and let you decide knowing it was close. I respect your decision and look forward to the next event! In a close call scenario like this though, where one judge thinks it is clean and a second thinks not, I would suggest maybe a 3rd judge as tie breaker?


What is the best way in your opinion to watch these replays to judge them? I tried the various views and also watching rearward from the car in front of me, and thought it was ok. Slow motion would be nice!

This was a very challenging event and I want to give super-congrats to all the finishers! 👍👍👍

I thought 100% that it was clean, I guess what I was trying to say was that I did carefully review it. Even LinPark thought it looked clean. If I was only 99% sure, I would not have submitted. Please accept my apologies.

After thinking about this, it should probably be someone that is not participating so that lap times are not revealed between racers.

In all honesty, I shouldn't have stated whether it was clean or not since I was unsure and raised some concerns - I too would like a much easier way to replay these because I really wanted to put your replay into some sort of stop action setting so I could step through it one frame at a time to examine the tires in that questionable section.

Um, I don't think you are allowed to discuss all laptimes even in private with another member - you really can't give your replay to someone else to review before the deadline because that would violate the rules as I understand them.

That's not a rule violation. You're only not allowed to make your laptimes public. If you want a second opinion from a fellow racer before you submit your total time, feel free to do so. I would even encourage it. It saves the admins and replay checkers time and submitting a dirty replay damages your reputation, along with the fact you put all your time in for nothing.

It's OK guys, I'm fine with Vaxen's analysis. He seems to have studied it in detail. Sounds like LinPark wasn't 100%, so he got another opinion. That makes two people, so it's cool. Sphynx, you have enough going on, it's just one race, don't worry about reviewing it. I'll do better next time.

Check Here. I posted back awhile ago that yours was close at times but clean to me. These are my first replay verifications so I'd always appreciate a second set of eyes to make sure I didn't miss anything.

Downloads and plays fine for me - 3 questionable areas that need very close review all on Lap 1 - first is just after turn 1 its possible 3 wheels go off track near the yellow rumble strip on the right hand side - second is possible AI contact on the first hairpin with the Skyline - third is near the end of Lap 1 a possible wall contact. (GTP_rmk700 SpecIII 5'36.806)

OK - I downloaded the PS3 update and my PAL Spec III update tonight, so just got around to giving this a look.

I see the following on this replay -

1. 3 wheels off track behind the white line on turn 1, lap one. This is on the right hand side, entering the infield. It might even be 4 wheels behind the line. (@17.8)

2. Close call with the wall on the oval section between the infield and chicane on lap 1. Can't tell for sure, it's close. (@1:12)

3. I would say certain contact with the White Elise entering the chicane. The Elise is actually knocked off track into the dirt from the contact. (@1:28-9)

I'm sure he didn't hit that wall, he still had some room left when he turned away from it.

I'm still not sure about this. It looks more like the Elise did that move to avoid contact, but it's too close to tell.

That one I didn't notice and after reviewing that myself I could clearly see 3 wheels behind the line for a moment.
