Ah, then it is just me. I saw Hampshire under his avatar and assumed New Hampshire here in the states. I will have a PAL disk by next week but not one at the moment. Just anxious to help out and keep things rolling - sorry for that.

EDIT: Incidentally, the new replay is recognized by my PS3 as a valid replay but GT5 NTSC won't pull it up so I think you have at least posted a valid replay now which someone with a PAL disk can review.

I'm not where I can check this at the moment, but I do have both disks and will give it a look tonight, if nobody beats me to it.

The spec3 update cleared all the settings, so that's probably why you didn't notice it was on standard physics.

yeah i think your right. i was thinking about it all day at work, i just could not let go. and that's what came up with. i remember that i changed some settings. and i just can't believe i forgot to change from standard to pro mode. but on the other hand for a standard mode if got a horrible time. so what i'm gonna do is do a couple of races at standard and pro mode. see what times i come up with. not that it gonna change anything. but i might sleep better next week.

Please - Don't minimize the work being done by the people checking replays.

I spent a minimum of a half hour on your replay, between uploading it, watching it multiple times (I would not DQ on 2 or 3 views unless it was COMPLETELY obvious) and providing a complete and concise response on here. That was for one replay.

And then there's Sphinx. He's making videos and double and triple checking everything to keep this on the level.

I understand the effort that goes into a clean and fast run. But the verification side requires no less effort with so many replays to check and so many close calls.

I just want to congratulate and thank everyone who attempted this very difficult event. Well done 👍 👍👍👍👍

I hope a lot of lessons were learnt in our first event, and although I showed signs of frustration here at times I am relatively happy with the outcome. 👍

This event was designed to hit on many aspects of OLR and because they were combined into one single event made it that much harder for those taking part. The most important things I hope we've all learnt from this event is the importance of reading and understanding the event details, and knowing why it's so important to check everything before submitting a time. 👍

Due to the high number of dirty and failed submissions we now have less qualifiers for Stage Two. We were hoping for 32 qualifiers but unfortunately we had to reduce it to 24:

The drivers above already have access to the GTP_Registry private forum and are currently involved in voting for the their choice of car for the next stage.

Again due to the high number of dirty and failed submissions we have also been forced to scrap the first random draw and therefore any previously published pairings are now null and void. We hope to organise the new draw later today (21st October).

Once all the groundwork is completed for the next stage, I will be sending the out the password for the private GTP_Registry Member's Forum to every GTP_Registry member. 👍

Im a little confused seeing the list - is it everyone who submitted a clean replay or is it still the faster division drivers? (I didn't submit my replay since it wasn't requested... and I envy those guys in the VIP forum, hehe)

It did get a bit confusing, but I can assure you it wasn't down to just submitting a replay. As one driver was DQ'd, the driver directly below him was added, subject to having a clean replay of course.
