You save the best lap replay and go to "My Page" and watch the replay from there and write down the times.

You should be more careful while picking those who get the privilege of showing off a GTP_ tag, I've been shamelessly and intentionally punt'ed at least 5 times over the course of three races earlier at HSR (the last one, to add insult to injury, during the last lap in the chicane before the tunnel while I was 3rd and working with GTP_HUN to catch up to the leader via controlled bump drafting) by some canadian imbecile that goes by the name of "GTP_Slicedcorn", even though when we had the first small contact during an early race I let him overtake my car by slowing down noticeably in the straight a lap later.

There's no fk'ing point in preaching about mannerism like 18th century virgins on these boards just to run like lamers right after on track (that's basically the point I was trying to get across in a PM I sent him afterwards which was obviously ignored, go figure), people are just trying to enjoy the game out there.

Also, there was quite a lot of lag in those races last night, that could of played into it

You need to make sure you save the 'Save Best Lap Replay', not the 'Save Replay'.
To view you best lap replay, go to 'My Page' and watch the replay from there using the 'Replay' option.

Ok I should have read this closer, I've been doing the save replay instead of save fast lap (I never saw that option), how much of a problem will this be?
I can see the split times in the replay.

Personally I don't give much weight to complaints by anyone but GTP_ people (or people on here even though they don't have the tag), it's too easy for someone who is mad about constantly losing to a GTP_member & trying to cause trouble.
Now if several GTP_people complain that's something I'd pay attention to.

I state the replay type three times in the qualifier thread and even placed them in bold. To be honest, I don't what else I can do to make it clearer. There are a number of reasons why I want the best lap replay and one reason is to prevent having to wade through 15 laps of Suzuka to find the submitted lap for verification. 👍

No one said it would be easy, but then it's not exactly a bitch to drive either. To be honest, I know think I was a bit too soft on the selection. It's certainly easier than the WRS qualifier.

I was trying to figure this out too. To clarify, the "save replay" does not show the sector times, only the "save ghost replay" will give out the sector times. My version doesn't have a 'save best lap replay' that was being told.Additionally you have to press square when watching the replay to bring up the: time , gear, rpm all that stuff.


1st sector time-@ straight after bridge
2nd sector time@ on back straight after spoon
final lap time---@ front straight

It's there for everyone, surely your version of the game is no different than the one other people are using...

You have the options to 'load ghost', 'save replay', 'save best lap replay', etc, on the TT menu, like everyone else.
It doesn't have lots of neon lights flashing, it's just one of the options on the menu. You can't miss it if you just take 5 secs to "search" for it...


Also, I don't understand all the ranting about the car choice.
As far as RWD cars, this one's very easy to handle.

There's more to life than AWD cars everytime, you know?

This icon pops up when you do two or more laps enabling you just save your best lap with sector times out of ten laps or so. I didn't even know this until a few weeks ago. I normally save the odd one if I get into the top five or I really liked the lap. Same icon for JPN and PAL. It's not there until you do some laps. Nice feature.

# 2 wheels on (or vertically in line with) the track at all times
# rumble/ripple strips are part of the track

Can I just ask confirm that if I have two wheels on the rumble strip and two on the grass/dirt and rumble strip is part of the track that this is allowed. I just want to be 100% on that, thanks.

The qualifier post said to save "best lap replay" it's since been changed (your welcome), I didn't know the wording was different in different regions & I wanted to make sure I was doing it correctly.

I thought it was a good idea putting it together, ill admit its hard using pro simulation but it is making me get used to it, Im not posting my lap times as it is stated in the rules. Im going to hold out another day before i submit my lap time
