Dom, why are your rear springs so hard (17.8)? I haven't driven the car yet so take this with a pinch of salt, but wouldn't you be better served by dropping the spring rate for improved traction and increase the rear bar instead and then reduce rear DF to fine tune the balance (as I assume you're try to get the rear to move around to dial out any understeer). I see Speedy has gone a similar way on spring rates as well...

Just a thought since you don't like the way it's driving, hope you don't mind :)

Well, I thought it would improve handling by increasing front grip, which would also dial some under steer out, I'm not sure where exactly the tune went wrong, but it was all wrong. I have a better tune now, by miles.

And this is my proof. :D Roughly 8 tenths at the line, I'd guess about 2 tenths in each sector possible for me yet, but we'll see.

The car is actually a bit understeery in stock form, so my tuning was an attempt to get it to rotate.

And nope, no traction issues. ;)

Went back to the basics with this, and it worked very well, a re-think on the lsd also helped, just scared to touch her now. :scared:

50miles more, now @ 569HP. Last few laps were with Kev's gears and CSL's latest "everything else", and it seemed to like me. Thanks again for all the tunes, guys! (Also finally beat the Subaru Expert seasonal w/ CSL's tune tonight! 👍)

The only advice I can give you is to run wide after the first right corner, the rest you would have to figure out yourself as I don't know either. I think multiple lines are possible. I'm still somewhat improving every lap and my best T2 split is more than 2 tenths quicker than I have on the board.

Lower max speed first, then lower the final gear. That should fix it.👍

Did a long-ish first session and just hit full horse power on the last lap (301km) :)

T1: 35.067
T2: 34.063

Think I have a bit more to give in T2 but not sure I can go under 35 in T1, going to try some more aggressive tuning to force even more oversteer. Haven't touched springs or dampers yet...

With a few small mistakes (2nd hairpin and between the 2 tunnels) maybe I can find a few more tenths there.
Thanks for sharing w-g-e, the car feels pretty weird driving it but I'm getting some results.
 
I did a new best laptime but with 3 big mistakes, i don't know how it was so fast. :confused:

Perfect laptime i cut 3-4 tenths in complete lap. Need to be serious, no drift.:dopey:
