I've been a real rebel this year and went Christmas shopping on Christmas eve and didn't get Whammed! I'm either in the good books with the man upstairs or the radio stations and shopping centres don't like Wham either.

Whammed again on Christmas day ... Not how I wanted to start it

I guess Santa decided that he should just give you some Whammings for Christmas day, just for good measure .

Pretty sure that's lucky that you went on the day closest to Christmas and you didn't get Whammed .

Getting Whammed in the days after Christmas would suck though. It's never happened to me as far as I can recall, but I know it's a different story for some people.

Also, turns out I made it roughly 12 hours closer to Christmas without getting Whammed compared to last year. A slight improvement, but it wouldn't have happened if I didn't go out to a Christmas dinner last weekend. Then again I wasn't making an active effort to avoid it either, so making it as far as I did isn't too bad.

Heard another cover on radio, so that accumulates to a total of 3 covers I've heard. Luckily none of them is the original.

I'm still in the dangerous zone though, as every day I have my dinner with my family, the radio always plays songs on a music programme.

We've passed Christmas season, now it's the warm down where people get dopey. As long as you refrain from jumping into the ringed seat of George Michael's bathroom cubicle, and keep an eye on those link destinations, you should be fine.
