How about we get some of the WRS guys to help out with testing as well? I know they'll be racing around the same time as us, but after that we could join up with them after our respective races in a different lobby, and test to see if the issue remains in varying conditions. After all, they did some very specific testing for the 12-player bug, and their experience and knowledge would be very useful to conclude whether this latest update has fixed the bug.

If all goes well:
Try all premium cars, visual damage on, heavy damage

Good idea CSL. Every one should also make sure they're not running any streaming services, torrents, voip, or anything as usual.

We should definitely do a few mock rolling starts as laggy cars are easier to see.
 
Why do I get the feeling this is gonna be one hell of a laugh trying to see how much it takes to break PD :lol:

I assume we're not consigned to our usual series cars for this? I fancy trying out the opposition's cars, because let's face it, if you can't beat them, join them
 
Can't we run the test race over a longer distance than stated? 15 laps?
Why not at least 30 while we're at it?

I'd rather have a bunch of small races to be honest. Then you can change variables, talk about the results and adjust faster. Results just come by faster and more...er.

They look ugly but it's a pretty important safety feature. Mclaren are the only one who don't have the step nose, still waiting on the Merc. The RB8 is the best looking car with the step nose thanks to Newey.

Yea, whatever.. As long as we race for more than 15 laps, I'm happy.
45 laps or 3 * 15 laps does'nt matter to me.
But for the purpose of testing, 3 15 lap races would be the best option. 👍

After reading through the bug thread, it seems as though most problems occur early on in races or when lots of cars are close together.
Maybe it would be worth testing same class and mixed class. 👍
