Well, in that case I guess I'll be switching. Did I also read somewhere that there won't be any independent tuning for GT300 either? I like the sound of that, since I'm going to be quite limited on how much time I can put into this.

GT300 specs will be set, tuning is never limited.

What that means is you'll have a set modification, whether you have a stock engine, add a turbo, or an engine stage, you'll be told what to install or not to install on the car.
Tuning - Suspension settings, lsd settings, gears, etc you can adjust any way you please.
Specs - Modification and power limiter percentage are dictated. Also includes full aero, you may lower aero, but you may not increase power to make up for the PP loss from lowering the aero.

Also, yes, last. Of course with 14 drivers you're almost guaranteed one of your top three anyway. :)

Class Switching
You can only bump down another driver that has also decided to switch into the same conference that you'd like to transfer to. You cannot go ahead of any driver that originally qualified in that specific class. Deadline of switching is still TBA.

PM the Admin or the Co-Admin if you wish to switch.

I qualified in the same room as he did. It seems as if he read enough to qualy, then just up and disappeared. Haven't seen one post from him, and he didn't reply to requests to verify his info...

MaccGyver is aware of the deadline, i'll let him know about the PM anyway but he's in,no worries.

As for Nissman, he took a break off GT5 recently and i don't know if he is going to participate. I'll try to get in touch with him and let you know.
 
I left a note on juicybeans doorstep, he still needs to make a commitment post and obviously show up to be in.

Whoops! I had meant for those to be all standard, but it turns out I don't have the Garaiya (I have the Celica), and apparently my RX7 (which was gifted to me last year some time) was modded all the way with stage 3 engine upgrade. So I'm going to have to do a bit more testing and get back to you on that.

On a related note; can anybody send me the standard Garaiya and/or a stock standard RX7. Or even a standard Subaru for that matter?
