The $.01 I have in my paypal account (no, I'm not kidding ) says Famine spends the $400 on black licorice and just makes up a bunch of 🤬 about GT5. :P

Sorry I can't help out but from the looks of it you about have it covered.

I hate that I love you.

1) I know you already intend to push for answers about LAN play. But it's the whole reason I started this thread.
As much as I support this question/feature I think it's more interesting to ask questions not related to features of GT5 because we'll get the answer in a few months anyway (hopefully) and talking to KY about features not yet revealed could be difficult.

Here are my ideas:

Good questions, although, personally, I think the :gtplanet: ones might seem a bit egotisticalish. Maybe online communities in general?

Q;

How many direct tweets do you get daily in Twitter, and do you have time to read them all? :D

- Will the G25 and G27 be supported fully in GT5?
- Does this include the LED-indicators for shifting?

I'd like to ask Kazunori what feature [if any] he is most disappointed about not being able to include in the game now it is nearing completion! :)

Demo is always a demo, not the full product Timppaq! But I speculate that it works... won't it?

Depends who you are asking...coughkotakucough.

My question is kinda, narrow .

Will the Aston Martin DB6(from GT2) be returning to Gran Turismo in GT5?

Suggested questions:

Hey Famine, there are many questions, many are good, many for me are useless questions.

I think you should create a top 10 questions from the list and your own to ask, because I bet not all of them will be anwsered.

So make a list of your top 10, and let us argue if you think you should ask them or not.

Me presonally the first 5-10 questions should not be about what do you think about GT5 mr. Kaz, or what is your favoite car in the game.. Just ask more about the game that we dont know about or are in the dark.

I personally think Famine and Venari should decide for themselves; no doubt they will shortlist the questions, and discard the poorly phrased / redundant ones. :D

I doubt us bickering over the questions will make it any easier anyway :dopey:

Another question came to my mind but I wouldn't expect a honest answer:

What was the real reason for canceling the February release date?

Have fun at the show.

Bring the news first, 'cause the news will be brought, regardless. ;)

My Question:

How satisfied are you feeling about the game considering release is just a couple months away.

or

Were there any new processes from the development of GT5 that you will continue to use for your next games?

The graphics of the Gran Turismo series have always been praised. However, many think the sound is not up to the same level of quality. How do you plan on addressing the concerns of those who think GT's graphics and sound are not on equal playing fields?

Good one, sound is as important as graphics.

Famine, Venari

  • What is your schedule?
  • How long are you going to be at GamesCom?
  • Is there going to be a GTplanet stand at GamesCom?

Question for Kaz

Will GT5 allow multiple saves per user account so I can create a master licence save?

No need for laptops and 3G - the on-site Press Center has PCs and internets for all members of the press.

The questions are being filtered by myself, gNNY and Jordan, but it's only fair to represent every question submitted in this thread into the first post (I have some to catch up on though!).

Famine, Venari

  • What is your schedule?
  • How long are you going to be at GamesCom?
  • Is there going to be a GTplanet stand at GamesCom?

At the moment we're heading to Cologne on Tuesday with no specific arrival time (this may change - there will be some post-conference activity on the Tuesday that it may be beneficial for us to attend). There's early activity on Wednesday we need to be there for, which we'll try to report on as soon as possible via the press centre. There's more stuff on Thursday which we'll probably be around for - we have no set departure time. Ultimately, we may not know when we're going where we're going until just before we go. And I may have to [Data] utilise some unwise velocities [/Data].

And no, no GTP stand. All the exhibitors are games companies (E3 is more technical - hence the PSMove and the MS Kinect being at the forefront of 1st party presentations there - whereas GamesCom is about the games) hawking their wares. I'll be wearing my GTP polo all day Wednesday though.

I think Venari has the AM questions well covered. ;)

My less obvious question:

Many fans outside of Japan do not realize that Gran Turismo has its own official musical theme-Moon Over the Castle. Is there any hope of Moon Over the Castle taking its rightful place in international versions of GT5 or later iterations of GT as the opening theme?

This is the first thing I thought of when I read the title: "Listen to me, don't listen to me... Prestige Worldwide."

Just get some straight answers about Australian cars and tracks. Nah, you've got a golden opportunity if you get to ask him questions so that'd be selfish of me to ask you to ask him that.:sly:

It's me :)

Some time ago I agreed with the folks over at InsideSimRacing.tv to help them out on getting some footage from GamesCom. What started as a small project has now grown into something much bigger.

A little about myself: I've only just recently joint GT Planet but I have been following the site for quite a while. As far as GT experience go I can only claim to have played GT5:P and that I'm looking forward to my first full-blown GT game :) As for my plans on covering any stories: I'll attend GamesCom from Wednesday till Saturday. Wednesday will be (mostly) reserved to GT5 while for the rest of the Show I'll check out some other racing games as well. My main focus will be to gather as much video footage as possible.

Will you be wearing a baseball cap with gNNY on it? :D
