We'll go with midnight EDT for a deadline, yeah. Though I'll be unavailable from 7:30 for a couple of hours, as I'm in another race.

I had a nice nap :) overslept it a little, but oh well.

Wardez
I'll be on once the Cox guy finishes installing my new line and does the dishes. See you in a bit. Don't know if I'll be able to officially qualify you, have to confirm that with Mule.

How did you get the Cox guy to do dishes?

Confirming that Wardez is able to qualify people, as he's doing now. When I get back from my race at Daytona, then I'll qualify.

Wardez did: 1:33.625
Soishiro did: 1:36.334

I list Wardez here because I do not see him in either qualifying list.

You guys still have a couple of hours if you want to qualify, still. Just let me know in here, and I'll open a room.

Can you qualify me in about 20 mins? Trying to wear off the anger from the race we just did. Never seen such bad organization. That black 370Z? F:censored: NOOB!!

I want to watch the Indycar race, so hurry. Opening a room now.

From a guy that was able grab a 3rd place OVERALL in a GT300, this shouldnt be a surprise. Aderrrm is just out of this world. I thank GOD that Im not racing against him on WSGTC. Whatever class he picks next season, im going the opposite. :) I want to win. lol

Yeah thanks Ady, for teaching me that there's much more speed to be found at Nurb. GP yet again. The track's a mystery to me.
Also, here's the easy to remember bitly link to the quali. Sheet:

OKay, so seeing as how we have an abundance of Blue cars, I've changed my colours.

Nero Carbonio / Blue Cosmo Metallizzato.

That was a pretty awesome lap if I do say so myself. :D However I was really close to going dirty at the first part of the chicane so I saved the replay to have a look despite Wardez calling it clean. I'm probably a inches inside the red+white rumble, so replace my fastest lap with my 1st flyer which was a 1:32.781. 👍 I messaged Wardez about this on PSN last night just before I went off but he might not have got it.

Whichever lap, they were both pretty bonkers! What i have noticed about the top drivers in this series is that you guys brake insanely late. I guess the engine breaking helps a lot!

Not such a bad lap by yourself there Sy! Great job :D

Adam, not sure if you've been told, but those kind of performances are forbidden here :sly: 👍

Cheers fella. Believe it or not this has been & will be my first race using manual gears. I have noticed a difference!

Wow, syjones. You should have started using a manual transmission looooooooooooooooong ago. Congratulations on the impressive qualification lap!

And here's our official qualifying positions:

I might try to start using manual gears next week while practising for Daytona... especially if it helps on getting faster! Usually I have a hard time pressing "that many buttons", and I end up messing up somewhere! I'll... have to practise more!

And yeah, syjones' lap was great!

EDIT: Actually I'm not sure if I'm ready for a race-distance run on manual, but I've just achieved my PB at Nürburgring after some 15 minutes!

Thanks for the 'love' guys. Will have to wait and see if I can convert my 4th into anything constructive!

Was doing a tire test just now, and was running times that were consistently at least half a second faster than my quali lap.

Tires seem to start to fall off after around 8/9 laps. Some of the faster people might consider doing a 3-stopper.
